I recently read an article that spoke very clearly about not supporting the war by NOT giving it our attention. Which means we should not be energizing Peace, as this only confirms the illusion of duality and therefore actually supports war.

All Spiritual seekers, at some point in our growth, will come into contact with this paradox. I have had some very interesting conversations recently about the illusions that we perpetuate with our attention and how to manage the seemingly “realness” of our experience with the Universal and higher Truth that anything less than LOVE is an illusion.

The philosophy goes something like this:

War, since it is not LOVE, cannot be real, and is therefore an illusion. And, if we add to the illusion by acknowledging it, we give it power to continue to exist in our lives. Acknowledging duality, keeps our experience filled with duality. Being a peace champion, therefore contributes to War.

There is Truth in what our fellow-creators write. I will never disagree that what is not love is an illusion, because, in my heart of hearts, I know that the ideal spiritual evolution that I am seeking exists in this realm of pure love, and maybe, just maybe, someday, I will be able to choose that path.

We evolve in stages, and I believe that if we actually had an Avatar on this planet that was always vibrating in harmony with Love and Peace then this one being alone could penetrate the illusion of war and hatred and our planet would change overnight.

However, since this has not happened, I believe that while it is essential to pursue enlightenment, and ideally evolve to this place of Love, we ARE where we are, and there’s nothing wrong with acknowledging our humanness.

Beware of the Spiritual By-Pass!

My friend Alicia, (also one of my greatest teachers), and I love to talk about the “Spiritual By-pass.” A spiritual by-pass is what we do when we get a signal, for example, that maybe we should slow down, or maybe we should not spend that money today, or maybe we should become a vegetarian, or stop smoking because it’s a healthier way to live, but then being “unlimited beings” we say, “no – I’m not affected by other people’s thoughts. I’m the master of my reality and therefore, I deny any fact that meat is unhealthy or that smoking causes cancer and I choose to smoke and be healthy; I choose to eat meat and remain fit, firm, trim and heart-healthy; I choose to continue going as fast as I want because I am the creator of my own reality – and since all there is – is Love, then I lovingly accept nothing less in my life. I am love, and therefore I only attract love.”

Now, if we were capable and practiced enough to have PURE BELIEF about this thoughtful re-direction of our attention, then this refocusing would indeed manifest a higher, more positive experience. However, on many “thought-form” issues, that is not the case, for most of us.

To illustrate this, let’s take the example of smoking. It is NOT cigarettes that cause cancer, but it is the “thought forms” around smoking that have created a very strong current of “cancerous” energy. Our global consciousness agreement (belief) is that Cigarettes cause cancer. Now, we have studies and scientific evidence proving this belief to be real, and millions of people every year dying from cigarette related illnesses and second hand smoke. The belief in ‘cigarettes cause cancer’ has created a torrential flow of “faithful thoughts” that have made it virtually impossible to smoke without being susceptible to this belief and therefore, cancer. In other words, if you could buck the current of this global belief, then you could smoke and NEVER fear. However, most of us do not possess the capability of possessing pure positive belief in the midst of such pure negative belief. Therefore, it’s easier to quit smoking than to create a different belief!

When someone does a spiritual by-pass on the issue of smoking, they attempt to convince themselves that they are stronger than the global consciousness and can therefore, attract “healthy lungs” anyway. I’ll even acknowledge that some have achieved this, especially pre-anti-smoking campaigns. (P.S. I’m not a smoker, and I’m not pro or against smoking. I’m neutral. I am simply using this as an analogy.)

I can transfer this same understanding to war. WAR has a global consciousness and my truth today is that I am a way-shower. I am a bridge-maker! I am here to help others across the bridge out of the illusion, and into the Truth that Love is all there is. I believe that today, I am not currently at the place in my evolutionary consciousness to dismiss, or deny that the deaths of American and Iraqi soldiers, and the deaths of hundreds of American AND Iraqi civilians is but an illusion.

If today, I was in Iraq and had just lost my child in the name of “freeing me,” I know without a doubt that I would NOT be able to send love and operate from the state of “it’s but an illusion.”

If all of my teachers chose instead of teaching to by-pass “my reality” and instead only acknowledge LOVE, then I wonder…how would I have ever found a teacher that could help me across my first spiritual bridge?

Often when spiritual beings choose to ignore their reality, and do a spiritual by-pass, instead of truly taking their vibration to the state of love, they tend to take their mind to that of acquiescence. In Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s essay “The Meaning of Non-Violence,” he addresses acquiescence when he wrote:

“One method is that of acquiescence. There are those individuals who feel that the only way to deal with their oppression is to resign themselves to the fate of oppression. There are those who surrender and find themselves becoming conditioned to things as they are. They feel that it is better to live with these things than to go through the ordeals of changing the old order to the new order. There was a man who lived in one of the Negro communities in Atlanta some years ago; he used to play his guitar and sing various songs, and one day he was heard singing a song that went something like this: “been down so long that down don’t bother me.” I guess he had achieved a level of freedom-a freedom of exhaustion. He had given up the struggle.”

“So this is the method of acquiescence- but it is not the way. It may be the easy way at times, but it is not the moral way and it is not the courageous way; it is a cowardly way for the individual who adjusts to an evil system, and he must take some of the responsibility for the perpetuation of the unjust system.” (1)

Mahatma Gandhi did not change the course of India’s future by denying the violence and injustice! He altered life by practicing complete and total non-violence and Satyagraha, which means firmness in TRUTH. (Sat means truth and Agraha means firmness). He brought about a shift in consciousness regarding “untouchables” not by denying their existence, but by loving them actively. He challenged the foreign rule, not by denying its existence, but by “acting” as if he was already free. He was a proponent of Peace, not by fighting against war, and not by ignoring the goal of PEACE, but by actively establishing a model of Peace with everyone he came in contact with.

Gandhi’s self-realization pursuit; his desire to know God face to face, did not distract him from his duties as a human but lifted him up to inspire a nation. Inspire, of course, means to fill with Spirit.

Therefore, for me, I MUST focus on PEACE! I must BE the light on my purposeful path, which means that I must get in the trenches and be the teacher that illuminates the bridge, and occasionally, that means getting my hands dirty, and even having my emotions vulnerable to the moment of the illusion, because I’m human.

I have cried over this war, but I know my tears must evolve if they are to be helpful. I have been angry over the injustice, the greed, the condemnable acts of both countries involved, however, I know that my anger ONLY adds to the energy of war. Therefore, I must transcend the lower level emotions of grief, fear, anger, and pride and find within myself a place to take inspired action, from the emotions of willingness, acceptance, love, gratitude and peace.

Mother Theresa said it so well:
“I was once asked why I don’t participate in anti-war demonstrations.
I said that I will never do that, but as soon as you have a pro-peace
rally, I’ll be there.”

Rosa Parks may not have been thinking, “I’m going to start the civil rights movement” when she refused to give up her seat, but she also wasn’t doing a spiritual by-pass by denying her reality. She was an ordinary woman, doing the best she could in that moment, being willing to be a way-shower not out of “choice” but out of a commitment to her truth, a commitment to a firmness in Truth.

Therefore, I’m writing to share with you my feelings about how important it is to acknowledge where we are on our paths and SEE that maybe, just maybe, we are way-showers who are NOT meant to do the spiritual by-pass, but instead are meant to energize love through the seeking of Peace. I am committed to Peace by being committed to firmness in Truth!

How do I find my life’s mission or fulfillment?

How to Manfiest Question

How to Manfiest Question

How do I find my life’s purpose or my personal mission? How do I find that one reason for living that brings to me ultimate fulfillment and like I’m living the life I was supposed to be?

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

Fulfillment: meaning accomplishment, achievement, realization, or completion. The word implies an ending of sorts, and therefore the implication that one “finds fulfillment” is inaccurate at best. Fulfillment comes from a sense of “being,” not from an ending. There are 3 important elements (that can be taken in steps) to live a life of fulfillment:

1) Want Fearlessly

2) Act Courageously

3) Be willing

Desiring to know your life purpose is important; it’s a good first step or awareness to think, “I want to know why I was born.” However, desire alone isn’t enough. Desire, tends to come from an awareness of the opposing experiences in our life. Therefore, desire is focused on the negative, not on the positive. For example, when a person moves to a foreign country, the desire for learning the language, comes from the awareness that, “I don’t want to be misunderstood or frustrated.”

The desire does NOT arrive from a “love” of the language alone. Instead the desire originates from a realization of what we don’t want: communication frustration.

Therefore, when most of us say, “I want to live my life purpose,” we are generally more focused on the feelings and thoughts such as, “This job is a dead end; I feel like I’m floundering; I don’t know what I want to do; I feel dispassionate, lethargic, undirected, disorganized, unfulfilled etc.”

As long as we are more focused on what we don’t want, instead of what we do want, fulfillment will always be one step ahead of us. Once we recognize that we’re in a place of desire, it’s essential to take the next step and WANT that desire fearlessly. By wanting something fearlessly, we begin moving the desire into the positive realm where we will be more receptive to guidance.

Divine guidance WILL come forth, and we WILL be inspired to take the RIGHT actions to fulfill our desire, but we MUST be in the “positive vibrational” quadrant in order to receive it.

Courage, according to Dr. David Hawkin’s work in Power Vs. Force, is the first positive emotion, and begins, at a calibration of 200. (Which is in the positive vibrational quadrant.)

Therefore, the first action step will always be to take action courageously. By just saying the words, “I am courageous! I am bold!” you are beginning to vibrate with the positive energy that attracts positive experiences.

The positive feelings of fulfillment will begin right where you are. You do not have to change jobs, change mates, change your geographic demographics to find fulfillment, but instead evolve your mental attitude from “I want to know my life purpose,” to “I fearlessly want to know my life purpose,” to “I am courageously pursuing my life purpose.”Then, proceed to a willingness to BE fulfilled.

This means, being fulfilled exactly where you are, beginning now. Willingness will transform your current situation, but you have to be willing – to be willing.

Six months before he was assassinated, Martin Luther King Jr. spoke to a group of students at Barratt Junior High School in Philadelphia on October 26, 1967. The following excerpt speaks clearly the message I’d like you to hear.

“And when you discover what you will be in your life, set out to do it as if God Almighty called you at this particular moment in history to do it. Don’t just set out to do a good job. Set out to do such a good job that the living, the dead or the unborn couldn’t do it any better.

If it falls your lot to be a street sweeper, sweep streets like Michelangelo painted pictures, sweep streets like Beethoven composed music, sweep streets like Leontyne Price sings before the Metropolitan Opera. Sweep streets like Shakespeare wrote poetry. Sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will have to pause and say: Here lived a great street sweeper who swept his job well. If you can’t be a pine at the top of the hill, be a shrub in the valley. Be the best little shrub on the side of the hill.”*

When I propose to some clients that they choose to be fulfilled right where they are, I’ve noticed that it brings up the feeling of fear. They are afraid that feeling fulfilled right now, will keep their “perceived negative” experience with them. They falsely believe that “disliking” the situation protects them from complacency. It does not. Disliking a situation actually holds that situation in your experience. Being fulfilled now, will attract fulfillment in the way of your life’s work, your life’s path, and the reason you were born. What you are learning now – is already part of your life’s path. Be grateful for it, and more things will be added to your life to be grateful for. So Want Fearlessly, Act Courageously, and Be Willing. This will put you in the right place mentally, to be inspired spiritually, to act physically.

How Long Does it Take to Manifest Something?

How to Manfiest Question

How to Manfiest Question

Dear Anisa
Hi, I want to ask you a question that I don’t see addressed when people talk about manifesting. How long do you work on a project? Until it’s manifested? Until it’s a definite belief? (21 days?)
Just put it out there once and forget it? 3 days? A week? Also can you work on several things at the same time? If you have a plan to work on a thing for say a week do you reinforce it from time to time? How do you time a ‘manifesting project’ and what have you heard from others? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
- Thanks, Carl

I have three answers to your question: 1) Ask One Time 2) It Depends 3) As Long as It Takes

It’s not as cut-and-dry as you were hoping for, is it?!?

The Universe doesn’t work on a time-line. It works on an energetic-line.

Therefore, there is not a simple answer to your question because all of the answers above are correct depending on your consciousness, your awareness, your vibrational offering and your physical preparedness.

This is why the question is so often answered with the quiet assertion of ‘you will know when you know.’

Let’s address the three answers individually.

Ask once.

“Ask and it is given.” – Abraham, with Jerry and Esther Hicks.

Heed this wisdom.

In essence, if you continue asking, then you don’t really believe; and as long as you don’t believe, you cannot receive.

Therefore, you want to only ask one time in order to exercise your faith and believe more fully.

Then, pay attention. Notice whether or not you’ve actually let it go in complete clarity and satiated faith.

I find there are times when pondering the fact that I only need to ask one time allows me to discern my level of faith, belief, and commitment to trusting in the Divine.

For example, when my goal is a more general one, I find it easy to ask once and let it go.

For example: “Thank you God for a nutritious meal.”

“Thank you Universe, I have had an incredibly harmonious and positive day.”

“I am so grateful to now feel inspired to follow my passions; to live life fully and exuberantly; to pick myself up easily when necessary and to trust that all
desire is now mine.”

“I am so grateful that my income far exceeds all of my wants, needs, and desires.”

Now, what happens when you say:

“Thank you, Universe! I am so grateful to now have a net worth in excess of 60 million dollars.”

Do you feel the difference in attachment when we go from ‘general’ to ’specific’?

You will want to keep a discerning eye on your level of faith and use this method to remind you that you only HAVE to ask ONCE.

Still there are other times when the answer is: It Depends.

There are times I ask more than once for the sake of remembering and inspiring Divine Right action.

For example, one of my goals is simply to be a conscious parent. This is one of the top 6 goals for life that I write down every day. Today, this is what I wrote in my creation journal:

“I intend to be a conscious parent. I am grateful to now be raising children from a place of loving connection to the Divine that fills me with patience, compassion, respect, flexibility and the perfect amount of courage and inspired direction. I trust that I am spiritually inspired to act according to a higher order of life inspiring my children to be conscious, self-regulating, happy co-creators, fully connected to their life purpose and living in alignment with their own Divine unlimitedness.”

Would I really be able to act according to my highest level of congruency if I just said it once?

I don’t think so. I write this goal (and my other top 5 goals for life) down every day.

When I write it down, the Universe automatically supports my desire. And, when I hear it, I am reminded of my intentions. By remembering that I have 6 goals that all of my other goals should fall in line with, I am inspired to act according to these intentions. This supports me in having a value-driven life and acting on a daily basis according to my highest intentions.

Now, let’s examine: As Long As It Takes!

There’s another reason to ask for what you want more than once: for the sake of clarity, refinement, and course correction.

The truth is there will be times when we aren’t capable of believing with pure belief nor are we capable of obtaining the physical preparedness with just one request.

The fact is that just because I only asked once, doesn’t mean I’m fully engaged in my goal from a mental and physical perspective.

After all, will the Universe provide an Olympic Gold medal just because I asked once?

And, what if I ask for ‘a successful business’; do I simply ask for a successful business then sit around waiting for my request to be delivered?

When your vision is supported by a pure-vibration and your mental, physical, and emotional bodies are prepared for the materialization, your desire will manifest.

Therefore, you want to continue visualizing, asking and acting, monitoring your results and then course correcting as long as it takes. This could be just a few seconds for some goals and a lifetime for others.

If you are truly honest with yourself and listen to your intuition, you know when you are attached or detached; you know when you are absolutely certain of your belief; you know when you can let it go because you trust in the Divine Order to bring about your desire in perfect timing; and you know when you have prepared your life physically to receive.

Cast a wide net of dreams. Launch desires of your ultimate life that include both large and small visions of an extraordinary existence. Then, follow your guidance to a place of certainty and physical preparedness.

Do last-minute fears sabotage your success?

Law of Attraction Help

Have you ever wondered why just before you get what you want things sort of go hay-wire? I’ve noticed that often, just when we think everything is finally about to come together, things just fall apart like crazy.

We can practically taste our victory and suddenly we hit a wall; old patterns of fear and self-doubt return and our dreams begin to slip through our fingers. It feels like there’s nothing we can do about it – but that’s just one perspective.

Let me explain.

Yesterday, we were playing 3-on-3 baseball. The team batting has to hit the ball and run from home to second base and back before getting out. On our team, Parker, my 10-year-old, was pitching, my honey was in right-center field and I was in left-center field. We’re heading into the last inning and my team was down by one point (8-to-7). We bat last so we still had a chance to win but we had to get Johnie out now! Johnie, my nephew on the opposing team, is one of those triple threats (athletic-and-talented-and-gorgeous) types and every time he hit the ball it was way over my head or simply too far out of reach.

This time, instead of trying to figure out whether or not I was precisely out far enough and strategically placed mid-field, I decided to use a little intentionality to tilt the scales in my favor. (I don’t consider this cheating. he could do it too!)

I commanded (a sure-fire way to get the manifestation Gods working on my behalf) that the ball come directly to me.

Then, I asked my intuition, “where do I need to stand”? I felt guided to my left, leaving this huge whole to my right. My honey’s hollering, “Over Anisa” and shaking his arms wildly, motioning for me to move over. However, I couldn’t hear him. I was tuned into my competitive intuition. Instantly, when I knew I had come to the perfect spot on the field I just froze with overwhelming certainty. I KNEW he would hit the ball right to me.

Just then, Johnie gets up to bat and I suddenly realize that I’ve just asked the Universe to put me in position to get pelted with my nephew’s power-ball!!!! I thought, “Anisa, are you crazy?! If you miss this ball you’re going down!”

Yikes! I knew that I had settled into the command and that I was absolutely about to receive his ball. There was this sudden fear that came over me that I was indeed going down! I tried to shake it off but there just wasn’t time to get re-aligned.

Parker pitches the ball and BAM! Johnie hits a rock-solid line drive right to me. I clicked into this ‘I’ll stop it no matter what’ place of fearlessness (or was it stupidity?!) and Whap! I stopped it alright! I put my body in front of that line drive and forgot all about the mitt on my left hand (you know, the leather thingy that most players use at a time like this to catch the ball?!?) Instead, I used my inner knee! It bounced off me and up over my head and behind me.

OUCH! And, Ouch! (Yes, I’ll do anything for a good lesson for my fellow law of attraction friends – that would be you!)

What I realized was that this little experiment of mine was a lot like many of our everyday creations. We ask for what we want, we even command it into existence, follow our inner guidance, and even stop at that perfect spot to receive our desires – then, we freak out!

We let our fears begin to run rampant.

What if I really get this relationship of my dreams?
What if I really get this new home, new job, avalanche of abundance?
What if I am not capable of handling it when it comes my way?
What if my life gets turned upside down?
What if. What if. What if. (all the bad things I’m afraid of happen?!?!)

Just when we are poised and ready to make the play of our lives, we choke on our fears and cause the entire thing to go awry!

In my little baseball afternoon, it wasn’t that big of a deal -
I pretended like it didn’t hurt, ran to the ball and threw it to my cut-off honey, only to miss Johnie at home by less than a foot! He was safe and we lost the game.

However, for our more important dreams, I ask you to consider whether or not your last-minute doubts are sabotaging your success?

Did you know that 90% of your creation is complete before you ever see ANY evidence of its existence? Think about the implications of this.

This means that your ‘dreamboat’ is 90% complete before you ever see even a remote glimpse of the sails! By the time you see even the slightest glimpse of something remotely resembling your ‘dreamboat’ or parts-thereof, it’s almost completely constructed.

Unfortunately, most of us will look at the idea of that ‘dreamboat’ coming our way and think ‘what if I can’t steer this thing when I get it?’ or ‘what if it’s not what I want?’ and instantly cause our dreams to become lost-at-sea.

What if instead of pondering all the things that might go wrong when our ‘dreams’ are made manifest, we wondered.

What if I were capable of handling whatever came my way?
What if I were strong and centered and sure of myself?
What if I had complete confidence in myself?
What if I could simply trust in the Universe to deliver my bounty?
What if I could trust in the Divine to keep me safe?
What if I could trust that the Universe is constantly conspiring on my behalf?

What about looking at the things you say you want in your life? Consider whether or not there’s resistance? Where might there be a self-limiting hang-up?

Where are you standing in the field, knowing that you’re about to receive all of your bounty, only to be standing in fear? … knowing it’s coming to you, but once it gets here you’re afraid you’re going to bobble-it because it’s scary to get what we want.

For me and my baseball dreams, I’ll get my chance for a re-match – Johnie’s home-runs are numbered! And, in the mean time, I intend to do a little self-reflecting about where else I may be sabotaging any great plays!

Happy Manifesting!

Do I Have to Tithe in Order to Receive Financial Success?

Thursday, October 29th, 2009

How to Manfiest Question

How to Manfiest Question

My question is on tithing. If one’s reality is that they must tithe financially to become wealthy than it is so for them, and if one believes it is not necessary to tithe to achieve financial success than it is so for them, since we all create our own reality? What is your answer to this? I’m puzzled. I’ve been studying the Law of Attraction since last summer and read Ask and It Is Given, and I’m Rich Beyond My Wildest Dreams which claims it is absolutely necessary to tithe 10% before taxes to receive. At times I do enjoy giving but do I have to in order to receive financial success, and security? – Penny

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

Yes, it is necessary to give in order to receive AND yes, if someone has pure belief about something then it is true for them and there reality shall be different than someone who does not have that pure belief. However, this answer doesn’t apply to whether or not it’s necessary to give. I will explain why.

On our spiritual path, there are levels of consciousness that are obtained as we grow. Within each level of consciousness are certain Truths. As we obtain higher and higher states of consciousness, we assume these truths and we shed the illusions that we previously held on lower levels of consciousness.

That said, it is not in alignment with the higher states of consciousness to have a ‘belief’ that it’s not necessary to give and to tithe. There is a consistent sense of perfection, desire and joy within higher states of consciousness that simply inspire giving.

The question of whether or not to tithe comes from a lower level of consciousness and cannot be separated from the fear that inspires it. If it cannot be separated from the fear, then it is a toxic and negative vibration and therefore does not hold a pure, positive vibration but just the opposite.

Giving, tithing, and sharing have higher vibrations than stockpiling, hoarding, and storing. When we give we experience concentrated moments of joy, freedom, gratitude, love, willingness, revelation, trust, certainty and peace.

When we hoard, even if it’s inspired hoarding, we miss out on the vibrations of joy from giving. Inevitably, we tap into that stream of consciousness that contaminates our vibration with fear.

Fears such as:

- There’s not enough.
- What if something bad happens?
- I have to protect myself and my family.
- I don’t know how they will use my money; therefore I don’t want to give it away.
- What if I go through what I went through before?
- I never want to be broke or poor again.
- I don’t know how long this prosperity will last.

Here’s another example to sharpen your perspective on this:

Some skeptics call ‘law of attraction’ students hedonistic because we believe that we should do ‘whatever feels good’. They justify their name-calling, by following the linear rationalization which would imply that if we ‘felt like’ committing a violent act, we’d just do it. If we ‘felt good’ about stealing, we’d just steal. If we ‘felt good’ about being promiscuous, irresponsible, careless, or selfish, we’re free to follow that self-indulgent, pleasure-seeking inspiration without consequence.

This is a gross misinterpretation of what we really know and the guidelines that we follow. We understand that we reap what we sow. Murder, for example, is never inspired from a higher level of consciousness. No matter how much someone ‘believes’ they can get away with it, the act itself is governed by a negative state of consciousness and therefore, has negative consequences. Even if a criminal avoids imprisonment or governmental consequences, the law of cause and effect will wield its’ own fury that cannot be avoided.

The same is true for tithing. When we refuse to give, we are yielding to a lower level of consciousness that will predictably and unsurprisingly cause less prosperity and more strife in our lives.

Therefore, even when we don’t ‘feel’ like tithing, find a way to joyously give and to share anyway because this automatically boosts your level of positive consciousness!

As my honey says in a mocking, pretentious faux-accent “Anything less would be uncivilized.”

Money and Spirituality

How to Manfiest Question

How to Manfiest Question

Money and Spirituality – do they mix?

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

The hoary argument that you cannot have both – spirituality and abundance continues to proliferate and entangle the minds and experience of many seekers.

As a culture, we constantly deal with the subconscious remnants caused by the conflict between money and spirituality. We have allowed toxic ideas to pervade our unlimited essence like a virus destroying our intrinsic right to wealth and fulfillment.

Ideas such as ‘money is the root of all evil’, that ‘it’s easier to get a camel through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven’, and that ‘if you are rich, then you must be either a crook, selfish, or hardened’ abound in the global consciousness poisoning our natural right to wealth.

Additionally, the infamous subconscious impression amongst many spiritual practitioners and seekers, ‘you cannot be spiritual and a servant of the Divine, if you charge for your talent or knowledge’ continues to be the self-imposed prison that forces many spiritual workers to thrash about in a sea of lack.

These are just an infinitesimal sampling of the money-and- spirituality-don’t-mix disease.

Indeed, if one becomes consumed with the pursuit of wealth from the external vantage point, their spiritual unification will be compromised. They may achieve wealth but at the cost of the fulfillment of their divine destiny and at the expense of personal peace.

On the other side, when one pursues spirituality as their premiere directive there is a point at which they will meet a fork in the road. They will be met with the decision to remain singularly dedicated to their personal, individual,
self-seeking spiritual pursuits or expand into a place of connection with the greater spiritual community. There’s nothing wrong with either approach.

However, there is a level of responsibility that is arguably unfulfilled. When one’s personal spiritual pursuits yield individual impact and neglects or bypasses the conscientious responsibility of how their personal peace could impact their community or their world, the question of individual self-absorbed importance versus planetary importance remains.

For this reason, it is my belief that it is indeed my responsibility to fulfill a level of prosperity that affords me the capacity to participate and influence the greatest amount of change.

If you were to ask any of the premiere spiritual and evolutionary entrepreneurs, healers, philosophers, and social artists of our time how they feel about money and spirituality, they would agree that the more prosperous a social artist is the more impact they can facilitate.

Mother Theresa renounced her worldly possessions. However, at the same time, she knew the power of prosperity when aligned with an enlightened altruistic cause.

She attracted all the resources and financial contributions necessary to support, feed, and spiritually heal millions.

She did not do this by rejecting prosperity or by condemning those who seek it, but by unifying the Truth of her being as pure potential and therefore both spiritual and rich.

It’s true, there is a fine balance. When one pursuit or the other becomes our primary focus we are not in alignment with our greatest human potential.

Additionally, the law of reciprocity demands that we give in order to receive. There will be no harvest without a period of prepping, planting, and fertilizing.

I believe that this incredible time on the planet is one of profound transformational and evolutionary change. I believe that we are light workers creating a planetary society built on the principles of spiritual peace and universal love.

Therefore, I gratefully embrace that with prosperity I am a force to be reckoned with. Without prosperity, I can only inspire change at the level of consciousness that causes my own lack.

The Kabbalah, in my limited studies, has had a profound impact on my understanding of the Universal Laws. One such transformational idea that has supported my integral understanding of the law of reciprocity is the concept of ‘the bread of shame’.

When we get something for nothing, there is a part of our being that rejects this hand-out. We spiritually and intuitively regret the free offering because we didn’t earn or rightfully deserve it. Additionally, we are not spiritually or physically prepared to manage the offering.

If you’ve ever played a sport, then imagine how nonplussed it would feel to win the game as a result of the other team sitting down on the field just so you could win.

Is this a victory that you’d be excited about? NO! It’s a terribly disappointing victory! A no-effort victory yields no emotional or celebratory excitement. If there’s no competition – why play the game?!?!

Think also about the troubling statistics of lottery winners and what evidence this supports in relationship to the bread of shame.

“The reality is that 70 percent of all lottery winners will squander away their winnings in a few years,” the Connecticut financial advisers (Michael Begin and Darl LePage) said in a news release. “In the process, they will see family and friendships destroyed and the financial security they hoped for disappear.

Statistics show lottery winners often go bankrupt, get divorced and have family feuds, he said.” – Article: Financial planners: Winning the lottery isn’t always a dream By DEENA WINTER / Lincoln Journal Star, Saturday, Feb 25, 2006

I have given thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of complimentary coaching and courses to students in need. Unfortunately, no matter how much I give away, I’m most often disappointed in the student’s inability to use the information.

When it’s f*ree there’s no skin-in-the-game! When a person doesn’t have any pulling desire to hold themselves accountable, because it didn’t cost them anything to participate, the motivation to actually apply the information is simply not there.

I have been shunned and berated by spiritual seekers not understanding the law of abundance and the law of reciprocity. They want to know how ethical it is for someone to make a living or worse ‘get rich’ by selling information.

The truth is that everything I teach is readily available for free. This is also true for any teacher on the planet. If one wants to know what a teacher knows, all they have to do is their homework and research to find it. One never has to pay for knowledge if they are willing to do the work.

However, just as the bread of shame principle prevents us from rejoicing in an undeserving victory, when we receive the key to free knowledge we seldom, if ever, use it to open the door.

Therefore, I beseech every spiritual worker to honor and acknowledge their Divine inheritance. Step up to the truth that you were born to be unlimited and financially prosperous.

The next time the idea that spirituality doesn’t include prosperity crosses your mind, rebuke the idea! Instead, embrace a higher calling to accept your unlimitedness, embrace not only your Divine Right to financial peace but your inherent responsibility to be prosperous.

The more you have, whether it’s financial abundance or mental, emotional, or physical abundance, the more profound an impact you may facilitate.

You owe it to yourself and your fellow light-workers to be prosperous in all ways.

Here’s an exercise for you! If you notice any idea within this article is creating a negative response within, then take your inkling to your journal right away. Write down any thought that may be causing you resistance or any thought that suggests you can’t have both money and spirituality.

Until one is aware of their limitations, they will be bound by them.

Once you have your limiting beliefs on paper, firmly deny it. Emphatically refuse to tolerate anything that keeps you and your Divine Right to prosperity separate. Affirm the opposite of any limiting belief, now.

If you know EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) then use it now to get rid of any and all negative thoughts about spirituality and money. Use any releasing method that you know to eliminate any and all resentments about people making money in the spiritual market, people making money in general, wanting to get something for nothing, or you earning a living as a light-worker.

Start with yourself, acknowledge any limiting baggage that no longer serves you and be willing to renew your consciousness with the knowledge that Divine prosperity is your birthright.

Allow your inner being to remind you – Abundance is everywhere! There’s more than enough to go around! Claim yours now.

How to Manfiest Question

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

Picture a glorious Oak tree towering above all of its surroundings. The Oak tree is a grand, magnificent demonstration of God’s omnipotent brilliance.

Now, look at the Oak tree and ask yourself, how does an acorn, that seemingly insignificant knobby-shaped seed, become such a masterpiece?

Did you know that it takes around 10,000 acorns to produce maybe. maybe on a good day, three Oak trees? Now, ask yourself, is that Oak tree any less or more grand because it required 10,000 seeds before this magnificent masterpiece could manifest?

If the Oak tree parent decided, “That’s just too much effort. 10,000 acorns?!? Pffftt! Forget it then – that’s way too much trouble,” then the Oak tree would cease to exist.

If the Oak tree did give up, it’s possible that it might briefly enjoy the life of indolent ease. However, eventually it would realize that it did not have any sense of purpose either. Apathy would ensue and finally death, as death stands at the doorway of apathy. After all, if it wasn’t meant to propagate and prosper, the swelling question becomes, “why do I bother to exist at all?”

Like the book and corresponding movie, Children of Men by P.D. James, apathy and emotional death are the natural consequences of a spirit that gives up on its purpose.

Fortunately for those who have ever climbed a grand Oak or taken a nap under one’s majestic, protective shade, the Oak tree doesn’t look at those 9,997 acorns as failures, or too much effort!

The credo of ‘I do what must be done – because that’s just what I do’ occurs naturally in the plant and animal kingdom. I ask, in the spirit of exploring the essential elements of intentional creation, what if we, the two-legged mammals (and I’m not talking about us, kangaroos!), could choose this attitude?

What if instead of saying, “But, I don’t want to put forth 10,000 acorns before I get a tree!!!” We said, “I am willing to put forth whatever effort is required, even if it’s 10,000 or more!”

An Oak tree doesn’t say, “This is just too much effort; everything I do requires too much work and 10,000 acorns is just too long to wait. Nothing I ever do comes easy or works out for me.”

No, an acorn becomes an Oak tree because that’s what it seeks to do. An Oak tree spawns 10,000 acorns if that’s what it takes to propagate because that’s what it does. It doesn’t fight it. It doesn’t struggle against it. It just does what it does. It puts them out and life takes care of itself.

If, as a conscious creator, we could look at our desires and what we want out of life; look at our goals, and just do what must be done with a similar attitude, then the natural consequence would be our own majestic manifestations of magnificent proportions.

Oh, and the splendid byproduct of such an attitude would be more joy, fulfillment, peace, prosperity, and flow in the process!

We must remember that it’s the resistance to ‘hard work’ that makes work hard. It’s the resistance to ‘taking too much time’ that makes time stand still. If instead of the attitude of, “this is hard; this takes too much effort; this is too much of a struggle;’ you just put out the acorns knowing that one of them, two of them, three of them will eventually take off and take off big; become that magnificent Oak tree that you really desire then your big dreams as well as little desires would reliably manifest.

If you seek to utilize the power of the law of attraction to create magnificent success, I suggest you first seek to create an attitude of persistence, commitment, resilience, and most importantly a willingness to do what must be done with ZEST and ENTHUSIASM!

That’s actually a Catherine Ponder quote from her book, The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity: “I do what must be done with zest and enthusiasm.”

When I was about seven months pregnant with my 2nd child, Ashlyn, I was walking out of the gym when I saw a pile of shattered glass all over the ground. I remember thinking, “Oh my! Someone broke something.” Well, I was right. What they broke was my car window to steal my purse and briefcase! Well, I can honestly remember thinking, “oh bummer. and oh well, let me just clean it up and move along.” Then, I realized that in addition to my wallet, money, and credit cards they had my Catherine Ponder book!

That’s when I got mad! You see, it was perfectly highlighted, dog-eared, and every magical affirmation, quote, and meaningful theory was pulled forth for me in my margined shorthand notes.
Her simple affirmation, “I do what must be done with zest and enthusiasm!” changed my entire outlook on ‘work’ and ‘getting ahead’ and ‘effort’.

This was a new concept for me. It’s safe to say that I’ve always been goal oriented and a go-for-your-dreams kind of gal. However, I never did it with zest and enthusiasm?!?! In fact, the ‘harder’ it was the better my story. You know what I mean, don’t you?!

When I moved to California, fresh out of high school, barely 18, with no money, no place to live, no job, no relatives, no car and only one friend, it was indeed ‘very hard.’ I can remember eating peanut butter and crackers for -forever! I walked to job interview after job interview to get a job. I remember walking more than 8 hours one day just filling out job applications!

And, hey – it’s a good story now. I get to share with my children my own version of, “I walked 5 miles to school every day in freezing snow, barefoot and uphill – both ways.”

However, I didn’t do it with any kind of ‘zest and enthusiasm’. In fact, I bet that had I come from a place of zest, enthusiasm, willingness, openness, optimism and cheerfulness, I would NOT have had to eat peanut butter nearly as long and I bet someone would have hired me sooner!

That’s how the law of attraction works. I knew I would eventually knock on the right door at the right time to get a job, but I made it more difficult with my resistance to just being at peace with the process. Maybe it’s because I wanted the ’story’, or maybe it’s because I thought ‘life’s supposed to be hard’, or ‘I’m not worthy of having it be easy’. Or, maybe, it was hard because I fought what needed to be done so fiercely.

You’ve heard the simple allegory that illustrates the importance of having a success strategy:

Q: How do you eat an Elephant?
A: One bite at a time.

As we break down our goals into small, action oriented steps we structure our pathway to success. This one simple mindset (breaking big tasks down into little tasks) is notorious for being the secret to success for many a millionaire.

For conscious creators who understand the concept of one bite at a time add to this intention – one delicious bite at a time and you’ll suddenly feel more empowered, energized, focused, and steadfast in the obtainment of your goal.

Use the law of attraction to attract a mindset of, “Willingness to do what must be done with Zest & Enthusiasm” and the rest of the manifestation will follow. Use the power of your mind to override any resistance to doing what must be done and instead view the 10,000 seeds that you must plant as simply, “what I do” and what you do will be successful.

“What IF?” Your Way to Personal Spiritual Growth and Prosperity.

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009

How to Manfiest Question

How to Manfiest Question

What is the principal barrier to our personal growth and development?

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

The principal barrier to our personal growth and development is lack of imagination. At some point between childhood and becoming realistic, responsible, mature adults we forgot how to use the most powerful, fun, exciting, and useful part of our brains – our imagination.

“Limitations live only in our minds. But if we use our imaginations, our possibilities become limitless.” Jamie Paolinetti, American Pro Cyclist

What if I could share with you two magic words that could catapult you into constantly using your imagination?

What if those same two magic words could support you in manifesting all the love, joy, money, romance, fun, adventure, and material things you could ever desire?

What if you were already prosperous?

What if you were fabulously fit and your optimal health and weight?

What if you were already living in your dream home with your ideal life partner?

Can you find the magic words in the questions above?

The two magic words have been repeated over and over again above and every time you slowed down long enough to actually answer the question, your imagination went to work imagining the answer and literally creating the materialization of the experience.

What are the two magic words?

WHAT IF?

The words, “What if” never fail to activate our imagination.

The question I am asked most often is “How do I manifest ..”?

How do I manifest a new car?
How do I manifest my ideal mate?
How do I manifest my home selling?
How do I manifest the money to .?
How do I manifest prosperity?
How do I manifest a better job?
How do I manifest the life I really want?
How do I manifest more success?
How do I manifest a publisher?
How do I manifest weight loss?
How do I manifest more self esteem?
How do I manifest more friends and more fun?
How do I manifest a better life (a better attitude, more happiness, more joy, more security, more peace of mind, more, more, more?)

We manifest by thinking and feeling. Since we are almost always ‘thinking and feeling’ we are almost always manifesting.

Our consistent thoughts produce our consistent experience.

What we really want to know is how do I manifest intentionally what I want? And the answer is simply by thinking more consistently upon what you want than what you don’t want.

Taking the list from above, here’s the short answer broken down for the first three:

How do I manifest..

How do I manifest a new car?

By thinking upon your new car; by thinking and imagining yourself driving your new car; By seeing yourself in the car; by feeling the emotions that you would feel if you already owned that new car; by giving thanks for already owning your new car; by believing and putting your faith and trust in the experience of your new car now.

Now, let’s make this easy – “What if you already owned your new car?”

“Ohhhh, I’d be living in the lap of luxury! I’d be driving my new car, singing to the songs on the radio, fidgeting with all my new gadgets, and smiling brightly!”

How do I manifest my ideal mate?

By thinking upon your ideal mate as if you were already in the relationship with them now; by believing in the possibility of your ideal mate; by imagining being in your ideal relationship at night and first thing in the morning; by feeling the emotions that you would feel if you were already madly in love with your ideal mate now; by imagining and thinking upon the conversations that you will be having with your ideal mate, now.

What if you already had your ideal mate?

“I’d be so happy! I can imagine that tonight, we would be going to the theatre with some friends. We’re going to enjoy a nice wine bar before show time and then afterwards we have special romantic thoughts for our evening. We do so very much enjoy our time together.”

How do I manifest my home selling?

By thinking upon handing the house keys and any special instructions to the new home owner at the closing table; by imagining yourself holding the pen and signing that stack of papers that releases your rights to the home and turns the ownership over to the new homeowners; by being so certain that your home is already sold that you begin to make all the necessary preparations to move; by imagining yourself completely boxed and loaded into the moving van and happy about the perfect closing and move.

What if your home could sell quickly?

“I would feel such relief and joy. I would start packing immediately and begin the process of turning off all the utilities in my name. I would be so excited about my new adventure and so relieved about releasing my home so easily.”

Can you see and feel the difference in our energy when we ask ourselves, “What if”?

In my experience, the things I don’t manifest quickly are the things that I haven’t spent enough time thinking, feeling, and believing about.

One of the simplest exercises that I’ve implemented into my life that has helped both myself and my clients in expanding our ‘intentional manifesting’ thinking time is to remember to ask myself these two, magical words: “What if.”

When you want to manifest money, use “What if”.

What if I were to manifest the money?

What if I could go on 8 vacations a year?

What if I already had all the prosperity I desired?

What if I already had financial freedom?

You’ll find that every single time you answer the What IF question, your imagination wants to roll with the answer and if you will get out of your own way, you will be inspired to imagine all sorts of endless possibilities.

“What If?” helps you to be CLEAR about what you want.

One more example, let’s answer the question, “What if I already had financial freedom?”

“Well, if I already had financial freedom, I would feel at peace. I would be calm and secure and know that all my needs were taken care of. I would give tons of money to charity and support the causes that I believe in. I would spend more time studying my ‘art’ and less time worrying about when I’d have the time or money to live my life fully. I’d take that cruise with my entire family and we’d have an awesome time playing in the surf. I’d buy my parents a new home and pay for my grandmother to have an unlimited flower and nursery account at home depot.”

Now that you’re clear, take it to the next level.

From this imaginary place discovered by ‘what if’, we can take it to the next level of conscious creation by accepting and allowing those answers to be real in our lives.

Take your answers and apply gratitude to each one, assuming their complete fulfillment in your life right now, even if it’s not the current reality. Use your imagination to follow the thought of ‘what if it was my current reality?”

For example, using the answers to the question, “What if I had financial freedom?”

“I would feel peace” becomes I am grateful to have peace in my heart and in my life now.

“I would be calm and secure” becomes I am at peace and I am completely relaxed in letting my Divine prosperity flow. I am grateful to be calm, confident, and secure now.

“I would give tons of money to charity and support causes” becomes I am so incredibly grateful to be able to support my favorite charities now. I was able to give freely over the last year and I feel like I’m making a profound difference in the lives of others.

When you become the vibrational equivalent to what you want, as if you already have it, what you desire will materialize.

Take your imagination on a joy ride using the magic words of, “What If!”

ALTER the BALANCED FORCES to change a negative situation to a positive one.

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009

How to Manfiest Question

How to Manfiest Question

I’m surrounded by negativity – how can I get out of it and not let it affect me?

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

One of the basic precepts of physics is the principle of balanced forces:

Two forces are balanced when they are equal in size and opposite in direction. If the balanced forces are applied to an object (or situation) they will do one of two things – have NO affect on the object (in a straight line other than stretching or compressing it), or simply cause the object to rotate.

In other words, when our thoughts consist of one positive and one negative the situation simply spins or remains the same, but either way it does NOT move towards resolution. In fact it CANNOT move towards resolution.

What’s required then to create a resolution?

Additional force. If you intend to create a more positive environment you must apply more Intentional Thought about what you want than what you don’t want. Everything in life is Energy and one of the reasons negative environments feel so bad is because there is a considerable amount of energy being built up within the magnetic field of the situation. And, in an effort to survive, our subconscious self WILL create a solution even if it’s not comfortable. In fact, unless you CHOOSE to begin exerting considerable, positive counter-force, I can almost predict that an explosion will occur that will force you to resolve the situation.

If you can eliminate your personal feelings from the matter, not take things personal, and stop THINKING about the injustice and callousness of it all, THEN you’ll have an easier time simply applying the necessary positive force to resolve it easily and effortlessly.

Which is exactly what you MUST do: alter your balanced forces by INTENTIONALLY FOCUSING ON POSITIVE THOUGHTS more often than you do the NEGATIVE ONES.

Here’s the catch: NOT noticing the negativity when it’s all around you is easier said than done, which is why we have to start where we are sometimes and push ourselves up the hill towards feeling better (and thereby creating better).

Do you have a Big Enough WHY?

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

How to Manfiest Question

How to Manfiest Question

What do you do if your WHY isn’t BIG enough?!

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

When I share with others that I’m training for a marathon, they inevitably ask, “how far do you run in a marathon?” The answer of course is 26.2 miles. Then they ask, ‘Where is the marathon?” My answer this time is Washington D.C. and the Marine Corps Marathon.

The next question I get is “Why? Why would you run 26.2 miles voluntarily?!?”

Initially, I wanted to run because I wanted to lose my ‘baby’ weight after my second child, Ashlyn. However, for whatever reason, this goal alone didn’t have a big enough ‘WHY’ attached. I was inconsistent and uncommitted. I’d run three days then miss a week, over and over again.

I knew I needed a worthier goal; a challenge that would cause me to dig deeper and commit more fully with greater attention and intention in order to succeed. I decided I needed to run a marathon. However, once again ‘running a marathon’ didn’t have a big enough WHY to pull me into that place of lasting commitment. Again, I would run consistently for a few weeks then slack off. I was never going to get there unless I found my bigger WHY!

So, for my first marathon, I had to make my WHY bigger than just me alone. I joined Team in Training which raises money for the leukemia society. Now, I had to not only train and run 26.2 miles but along with my brother, Chance, who runs with me, we had to raise more than $10,000.00 dollars! I have a special place in my heart for TNT and the Leukemia Society. I lost my grandfather to this terrible disease long before I should have and I felt that if I can make a contribution that helps in finding the cure that saves someone else’s grandfather, father, or loved one, THEN maybe, I had my big enough WHY!

Sure enough, this was the ‘WHY’ I needed. Chance and I ran the Mayor’s Midnight Sun Marathon in Anchorage, Alaska last June and raised a significant amount of money for a worthy cause.

If you have a goal that you aren’t able to fully and intentionally manifest, it may be that your WHY simply isn’t big enough.

Let’s look at how our WHYS affect us as a society:

We know that welfare doesn’t work. Is it because most welfare
recipients WHYS aren’t big enough to do anything different?
A welfare mother wants a better life but as it stands,
although she’s not living any form of an easy life, at least
she doesn’t HAVE to work her fingers to the bone for
‘enough’ to get by on. Additionally, she risks what she
does have if she finds a job that pays too much to continue
receiving assistance but not enough to live on her own.
Many do not have a big enough WHY to break out of the
system.

This same WHY-deficient apathy can be seen in certain subsets of our
veterans, our physically disabled, Native American communities, and in the trust-fund babies that were born with a silver spoon, for example.

If the WHY isn’t big enough to choose to do something with our life, then we just don’t. (This statement is not just about the above mentioned subsets but about all of us!)

What about the phenomena that happens to men who retire and
suddenly experience progressive illness and early death?
Research has shown that employees who retired at age 55 had
almost double the mortality risk of those who continued
working into their 60s. (-Shell Health Services study,
according to the report in the British Medical Journal,
published Oct. 2005) Could it be that suddenly their “WHY”
for living and staying healthy, their sense of purpose and
meaning is no longer valid? ”

How many extraordinary, revolutionary changes have occurred because someone stood up for what was ‘right’, when their WHY got big enough? Was it their WHY that inspired the men and women who rallied to create the declaration of independence, the civil rights movement, or a woman’s right to vote, for example?

What would happen if your WHY was big enough?

If your WHY was big enough, you would be inspired to not just visualize, wish, and hope for your dreams to come true, you would get out and take action to make them come true. You would follow that guidance that says, “Take a risk, now!”

You would find the courage to change career paths, read that book, learn a new skill, hire some help, take a class, or interview someone that’s already doing what you want to do, if your WHY was big enough.

Relating to my own life and another time when my WHY wasn’t big enough, I recall the shift that changed it all for me. When I first started my business, my son was only a few weeks old. I was living with my husband in a very bad relationship but I had my basic needs covered, not by me but because my husband was supporting me. I wanted to earn a living with my business but truth be told, I wasn’t. It was only after I left my husband and declared that I would find a way to make this business successful even if it meant living in my car to do it, that I found the conviction to manifest success!

This is when my WHY got big enough. I wasn’t able to focus my mind and body enough to create success until I removed my safety blanket. When I found myself faced with either choosing success or choosing to live out of my car with my newborn son and my dog, I shifted into a place of determination; a focused sense of purpose that nothing and no one could stop.

What would happen if you were forced to succeed because your WHY was big enough? What if you were told by a court of law (or an enforcement party), “you will lose your -loved one – (your children, your husband, your wife, your mother, your father, etc.) if you don’t earn 1 Million dollars in 90 days?” Do you think you could do it?

In the book The One Minute Millionaire by Mark Victor Hansen and Robert Allen, this is exactly the test that the lead character goes through. She must earn 1 Million dollars in 90 days or lose her children forever. Suddenly, her WHY for creating success just got big enough to make her turn on her passionate fires of determination to move and and earth to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

In your life, where is your WHY big enough and where is your WHY not big enough?

Signs and Signals that your WHY isn’t big enough:

  • procrastination
  • self-judgment
  • embarrassment
  • self-doubt
  • indecisiveness
  • confusion
  • fear of making a mistake
  • fear of failure
  • apathy
  • all talk but no action
  • inconsistent action

When you can identify your BIG WHY and combine that with your intentional thoughts, you will create the success you really want.

When we combine a big enough WHY with a focused body/mind (our y’chi) we enact the laws of the Universe in ways that will literally part the seas for us!

For this marathon, my WHY is about seeing things through (something I need to work on); about personal, physical mastery (something that I want to make sure I’m walking my talk on), perseverance and finishing what I start (how can I ask you to do this, if I can’t?). My WHY this time is that if I’m going to ask my clients to break down all obstacles to their success – then I better be able to do it for myself. I found my WHY again!

For you and your big goal, where is your WHY and if it’s not big enough, courageously choose to make it bigger. The Universe always supports bold, courageous and faith-centered action. Trust in the Divine and follow your guidance.
