Do you have a Big Enough WHY?

What do you do if your WHY isn’t BIG enough?!

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

When I share with others that I’m training for a marathon, they inevitably ask, “how far do you run in a marathon?” The answer of course is 26.2 miles. Then they ask, ‘Where is the marathon?” My answer this time is Washington D.C. and the Marine Corps Marathon.

The next question I get is “Why? Why would you run 26.2 miles voluntarily?!?”

Initially, I wanted to run because I wanted to lose my ‘baby’ weight after my second child, Ashlyn. However, for whatever reason, this goal alone didn’t have a big enough ‘WHY’ attached. I was inconsistent and uncommitted. I’d run three days then miss a week, over and over again.

I knew I needed a worthier goal; a challenge that would cause me to dig deeper and commit more fully with greater attention and intention in order to succeed. I decided I needed to run a marathon. However, once again ‘running a marathon’ didn’t have a big enough WHY to pull me into that place of lasting commitment. Again, I would run consistently for a few weeks then slack off. I was never going to get there unless I found my bigger WHY!

So, for my first marathon, I had to make my WHY bigger than just me alone. I joined Team in Training which raises money for the leukemia society. Now, I had to not only train and run 26.2 miles but along with my brother, Chance, who runs with me, we had to raise more than $10,000.00 dollars! I have a special place in my heart for TNT and the Leukemia Society. I lost my grandfather to this terrible disease long before I should have and I felt that if I can make a contribution that helps in finding the cure that saves someone else’s grandfather, father, or loved one, THEN maybe, I had my big enough WHY!

Sure enough, this was the ‘WHY’ I needed. Chance and I ran the Mayor’s Midnight Sun Marathon in Anchorage, Alaska last June and raised a significant amount of money for a worthy cause.

If you have a goal that you aren’t able to fully and intentionally manifest, it may be that your WHY simply isn’t big enough.

Let’s look at how our WHYS affect us as a society:

We know that welfare doesn’t work. Is it because most welfare
recipients WHYS aren’t big enough to do anything different?
A welfare mother wants a better life but as it stands,
although she’s not living any form of an easy life, at least
she doesn’t HAVE to work her fingers to the bone for
‘enough’ to get by on. Additionally, she risks what she
does have if she finds a job that pays too much to continue
receiving assistance but not enough to live on her own.
Many do not have a big enough WHY to break out of the
system.

This same WHY-deficient apathy can be seen in certain subsets of our
veterans, our physically disabled, Native American communities, and in the trust-fund babies that were born with a silver spoon, for example.

If the WHY isn’t big enough to choose to do something with our life, then we just don’t. (This statement is not just about the above mentioned subsets but about all of us!)

What about the phenomena that happens to men who retire and
suddenly experience progressive illness and early death?
Research has shown that employees who retired at age 55 had
almost double the mortality risk of those who continued
working into their 60s. (-Shell Health Services study,
according to the report in the British Medical Journal,
published Oct. 2005) Could it be that suddenly their “WHY”
for living and staying healthy, their sense of purpose and
meaning is no longer valid? ”

How many extraordinary, revolutionary changes have occurred because someone stood up for what was ‘right’, when their WHY got big enough? Was it their WHY that inspired the men and women who rallied to create the declaration of independence, the civil rights movement, or a woman’s right to vote, for example?

What would happen if your WHY was big enough?

If your WHY was big enough, you would be inspired to not just visualize, wish, and hope for your dreams to come true, you would get out and take action to make them come true. You would follow that guidance that says, “Take a risk, now!”

You would find the courage to change career paths, read that book, learn a new skill, hire some help, take a class, or interview someone that’s already doing what you want to do, if your WHY was big enough.

Relating to my own life and another time when my WHY wasn’t big enough, I recall the shift that changed it all for me. When I first started my business, my son was only a few weeks old. I was living with my husband in a very bad relationship but I had my basic needs covered, not by me but because my husband was supporting me. I wanted to earn a living with my business but truth be told, I wasn’t. It was only after I left my husband and declared that I would find a way to make this business successful even if it meant living in my car to do it, that I found the conviction to manifest success!

This is when my WHY got big enough. I wasn’t able to focus my mind and body enough to create success until I removed my safety blanket. When I found myself faced with either choosing success or choosing to live out of my car with my newborn son and my dog, I shifted into a place of determination; a focused sense of purpose that nothing and no one could stop.

What would happen if you were forced to succeed because your WHY was big enough? What if you were told by a court of law (or an enforcement party), “you will lose your -loved one – (your children, your husband, your wife, your mother, your father, etc.) if you don’t earn 1 Million dollars in 90 days?” Do you think you could do it?

In the book The One Minute Millionaire by Mark Victor Hansen and Robert Allen, this is exactly the test that the lead character goes through. She must earn 1 Million dollars in 90 days or lose her children forever. Suddenly, her WHY for creating success just got big enough to make her turn on her passionate fires of determination to move and and earth to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

In your life, where is your WHY big enough and where is your WHY not big enough?

Signs and Signals that your WHY isn’t big enough:

  • procrastination
  • self-judgment
  • embarrassment
  • self-doubt
  • indecisiveness
  • confusion
  • fear of making a mistake
  • fear of failure
  • apathy
  • all talk but no action
  • inconsistent action

When you can identify your BIG WHY and combine that with your intentional thoughts, you will create the success you really want.

When we combine a big enough WHY with a focused body/mind (our y’chi) we enact the laws of the Universe in ways that will literally part the seas for us!

For this marathon, my WHY is about seeing things through (something I need to work on); about personal, physical mastery (something that I want to make sure I’m walking my talk on), perseverance and finishing what I start (how can I ask you to do this, if I can’t?). My WHY this time is that if I’m going to ask my clients to break down all obstacles to their success – then I better be able to do it for myself. I found my WHY again!

For you and your big goal, where is your WHY and if it’s not big enough, courageously choose to make it bigger. The Universe always supports bold, courageous and faith-centered action. Trust in the Divine and follow your guidance.

Using the Law of Attraction for Planetary Healing!

Friday, October 23rd, 2009

What if it’s our spiritual calling to co-create a return to planetary wholeness. And, what if we have to focus on the positive of the negative to get there?

Dear Anisa, I usually enjoy your mailed newsletters, articles and suggestions very much. So BIG BIG THANKS for all that you’ve done and written so far! Some of the stuff written is truly beautiful! & you are a big blessing for us all! This letter surprised me, as in an e-mail from Rebecca Marina we were sent a link to an artist she works with http://www.ovivian.com/ – and on her website there are considerations against putting energy into Earth, especially into crisis areas…. as that might escalate problems. (& I agree with that view – a friend was once sending me energy, and I was ill – I hate to admit partly on purpose, and got much more ill as a result!) I do hope you will take this consideration into account and with your experience hopefully turn this into a beautiful and constructive experience! Love, Andreya

Law of Attraction Help

Thank you, Andreya, for your kind words and for courageously sharing your email and thoughts!

Yes, what we resist persists and what we focus upon expands. Therefore, we do NOT want to focus upon global warming, political corruption, corporate greed and starving children – or we’ll be supporting the creation of more of that!

With that said, I’ve noticed that many spiritual students are so afraid of creating negatively they literally stick their heads in the sand even when reality is slapping them in the face.

Once reality has been seen and acknowledged, whether by us personally or the global consciousness, ignoring it or pretending that it isn’t there does not make it go away.

I dare anyone that has a toothache to ignore it and make it go away! For most of us, our creative consciousness just doesn’t work that way. Inherent in the act of ‘ignoring reality’ is ‘acknowledging reality’. Therefore, change requires more than turning away.

When we hear the news stories, catch a conversation, or watch a movie such as an Inconvenient Truth, most of us will be deeply affected by the potential and possibility that we are irreversibly destroying our planet and ensuring environmental suicide.

Each of us will respond according to our current level of emotional intelligence and spiritual awareness. Many will be indifferent and oblivious. They will choose to remain ignorant and do nothing. Others will be frightened and outraged. They will begin to adamantly and desperately fight the establishments. While others, especially some law of attraction students will be afraid but choose to do nothing hoping that by doing nothing they are actually doing something.

I believe, however, there’s another more aligned and harmonious response; a response that is absolutely aligned with our purpose as light workers and absolutely in harmony with the conscious creation of a return to health, prosperity, love, and wholeness for every living being and for our planet.

If you are walking down the street and an emaciated child reaches out his hand to you, are you going to turn away and say, “I didn’t see that! If I just don’t look then he won’t really be starving!”

No! You are going to grab that child, take him into your arms and make sure he is fed, clothed, loved, and put into a situation that will ensure his long term care.

Why is our planet any different? Why would we feed a starving child and ignore the fact that our planet is crying out (or is that screaming we hear?) for a nurturing response from its inhabitants?

The ice caps will not stop melting if I choose to get enraged about it, nor will the flooding stop if I ignore it.

Now, being a person that never stops asking WHY? What’s the purpose? What’s the meaning of all this?

I have asked myself, “Why am I here, on this planet, at this time of dramatic Earth change and technological advancement?”

I ponder.

If it’s true that no civilization has ever survived its own success, not Atlantis, not the Mayans, not Rome, etc., then how will we survive? Why would our society of more, more, more for the sake of instant gratification versus long-term sustainability be any different?

My mind can’t help but acknowledge what happened on Easter Island; I too would choose unthinkable measures if it meant the difference between my children living or dying.

I wonder.

What if I chose to be here to be the very first civilization that has survived its own success?

Now, that feels better. What if I DID choose this life at this time to play an active role in co-creating what has never been created before: A technologically advanced, global society united in love and sustainability.

I wonder.

Will there be more ‘destruction’ if we all focus on healing?

I think to myself, “Well, yes. it’s highly likely.” As I understand that there is always destruction before manifestation. That’s the way the creation of life and death, change and growth – evolution works.

“Every act of creation is first of all an act of destruction.” – Pablo Picasso quotes (Spanish Artist and Painter. 1881-1973) It is indeed possible that there will be more destruction and planetary illness before the healing crisis is over. That’s why it’s called a healing crisis. I don’t like it and I would much prefer to support the creation of a ‘comfortable, easy, effortless, and yet memorable return to balance and Earthly rhythmic harmony’.

But, I wonder.

Is that possible? Is it possible to inspire and co-create planetary awareness that supports sustainable living without memorable healing crises?

Hmm. YES! I like that thought. I believe I’ll start reaching for that one!

I also wonder.

When we are spiritually paralyzed for fear of exacerbating a situation, are we actually fueling the mass consciousness of indifference? Are we then supporting the resistance to change that causes our society to creep along so slowly that by the time we do act, it’s too late?

As an avid Abraham follower, I too have heard the ‘lighten up and don’t worry so much about it’ advice that Abe offers someone in distress. And, I agree. (Let me repeat that – I AGREE!)

However, I also understand that it’s necessary for me to put the teachings of Abraham, Seth, Ramtha, etc. into context. These teachings are from non-physical beings. Yes – tremendously wise and loving beings, but DEAD to this
physical reality never the less.

What does this mean to me? It means that their perspective of death is different than mine. They attempt to share with us that there is no such thing as death; that energy is never destroyed but simply changes form. This means there’s nothing to fear ever and certainly not in regards to death.

I’m comfortable with not fearing death. However, I’m not comfortable with twisting those words into an excuse to be complacent, dispassionate, and indifferent.

I wonder.

What would our society be like today if the civil rights activists had ‘ignored’ their reality?

Where would we be if Martin Luther King Jr. had followed his initial desire to just stay out of the political mess altogether?

What would life be like today if the women who did not have the right to vote, had sat down and said, “It’s okay. I hope they’ll eventually come around! I’ll just think nice thoughts about it.”

If the options are worry about it or be carefree, then by all means choose to be carefree. Choose to look the other way and choose to seek joy, love, and fulfillment! This is certainly more in alignment with planetary healing than worry.

For me, however, there are more than two options. There’s a third. The option of prayer, peaceful envisioning, co- creating and taking divine right action in the direction of sustainable, love-filled change!

I believe it’s not only my responsibility but my spiritual destiny to choose this route. I choose to SEE our society as the first to survive its own success and that gets me excited!

Yes! I know all is well and in Divine Order. And, I choose to be passionate about the direction of my thoughts in support of planetary and humanitarian wholeness!

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

Christmas day following my high school graduation, I was mischievously eager to announce to my family that I was moving to California. Born and raised in Texas, as my family had been for generations, I was certain that this would be a great surprise to everyone! I imagined my mother crying, my grandmother questioning, my father lecturing, my sisters perplexing and of course my little brother rejoicing – (I can’t pick on him from 1600 miles away!) I practiced my announcement, prepared my rebuttals and strutted resolutely into the dining room. I waited patiently for the perfect moment – after the napkins were on the plates but before the turkey could have a chance to take over. I stood up, asked for everyone’s attention and announced, “I have auditioned and been accepted into the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and I am moving to California to become a professional actress.” Anticipating their shock, I braced myself for the inevitable, whirly confrontation. My plan did not prepare me for this –

“Congratulations!” they said, ” We always knew you’d be moving to California one day.” I was dumbfounded! “What? What do you mean you always knew ? Why didn’t anyone tell me? How come I’m the last to know?”

It is not uncommon for others to recognize our life purpose or aspects of our life’s path even before we do. As a success coach, I work with individuals who are ordinarily very successful and who have lead generally rewarding lives and yet – they want more. Clients seek my support because they want to live even more fulfilling and on purpose, super focused lives – and quite frequently that includes supporting them in discovering their life purpose. I’ve been on both sides of this equation and notice that until one is ready and willing to acknowledge and appreciate their gifts, talents and strengths – living that ultimate existence may seem too precarious and too prodigious to pursue. Sometimes we’re even afraid of our own power and potential!

It seemed that everyone but me had already accepted and expected my life purpose to include living in California and pursuing an acting career. I couldn’t admit it at the time but I suppose deep down, I knew too. I simply didn’t have the confidence to listen to that little voice inside my heart that everyone else seemed to hear so clearly. “What if I don’t make it? What if I’m not pretty enough or good enough? What if I fail and have to crawl home with my tail between my legs?”

Of course the imagined fears are always much more debilitating than reality and I for one have allowed those fears to run my life on more than one occasion. However, I’ve learned that we can choose to face those fears and then cleanse and erase them with a good positive brainwashing. I often coach clients to use a direct vocal denial, a strong, centered prayer and affirmation and of course the decision to choose to have unwavering faith in the perfection of all things. The words we speak and the thoughts we entertain are either the air that feeds or the water that extinguishes the flames of our dreams. Choose wisely and you can create a more conscious, deliberate life – a life in harmony with the song that your soul sings – a life in harmony with your life’s purpose.

In Truth, our life purpose is always calling us – it’s that little whisper we perceive when we have an important decision to make. It’s that little intuitive inkling that says “yes” when others around us are saying “no.” It’s that loud emptiness that we feel when we know we’ve made a choice to marry or to take a job for all the wrong reasons. Our life purpose is unfolding and guiding us whether we realize it or not.

My acceptance into the Academy was not coincidence or the luck of the draw but the logical culmination of all that I had desired for so very long. Circumstances and events fell like dominoes. I recall choosing on my SAT test, which colleges I wanted to attend and the only one I marked, was A.A.D.A. I remember seeing a TV special on the school and by happenstance I recall reading an article about Robert Redford – who graduated from the Academy. Then I remember my girlfriend calling to tell me auditions were being held on Christmas Eve! For as long as I could remember, I had imagined myself as a successful performer – entertaining audiences, making people laugh and expressing myself vividly in larger than life acting opportunities.

Looking back it’s easy to recognize that every meaningful event happened not by chance but by Divine intervention. Every event in our lives will ALWAYS be the logical culmination of all that we have desired, dwelled upon and thought about prior to the event. In Book 3 of Neale Donald Walsh’s series, Conversations with God , he writes, ” Everything that occurs –everything that has occurred, is occurring, and ever will occur — is the outward physical manifestation of your innermost thoughts, choices, ideas and determinations regarding Who You Are and Who You Choose To Be .”

If you have ever thought to yourself – I feel like something’s missing – I’m supposed to be doing something different with my life. Then you’ve felt the burning sensation that begins in the pit of your stomach and continues progressing until it flames over and over in your mind - what is it that’s calling me? I know I have a purpose but I’m not sure what it is! Then a well-meaning friend says, “Do what you love and the money will follow.” It vibrates in your heart – you want to believe in that philosophy but all of our lives we’ve been taught “you have to work hard to get ahead and you can’t get something for nothing.” It sounds as if one could simply say, “okay – I love to sleep all day and play pinochle all night and somehow the abundance that is rightfully mine will just flow to me effortlessly.” That is just too far fetched for most of us to swallow, so we resign ourselves to our status quo and repress and cope with that gnawing, aching, slow burning knowing that there’s got to be something more !

However, it doesn’t demand much to move towards that path – it simply requires a willingness to ask for guidance and then the willingness to trust the process. When I set out for California, I was certain I would be a famous actress. Five years, 6 apartments, two fiancées, 4 jobs, two businesses and a bunny into the shaky state and I realized that I didn’t want to act. I didn’t take direction well and I refused to take off my clothes or speak offensive language or …or… or… I had far too many restrictions on what I would and would not do to be successful (at least in my mind at the time.) “Yikes! Now what? Why did I come here if I wasn’t supposed to be an actress?” I fought my fears and disappointments for a stretch before I finally realized that my gift was in speaking, coaching and uplifting others. Now, I know that everything I learned through my theatrical training was precisely what I required to create the confidence and unshakable foundation that supports my current speaking career. That is what I mean by Divine intervention. I had no way of knowing that my “calling” was to come later and that first I had to educate and prepare myself. I am so very thankful now – the process and the path were perfect regardless of whether I was able to see it at the time.

In the book Creating Money by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer, they write, ” Do not try to figure out what to do with your life by looking at the world and asking, “What can I do for the world?” Look at yourself and ask, “what do I want to do that I love to do? What attracts me? What excites me? What are the issues I am working on in my life? What can I get enthusiastic about doing? “”

You may begin living your life’s purpose, your purpose in life, by dreaming about, fantasizing about and immersing yourself in the process of unveiling, discovering and exploring the circumstances and experiences that bring joy to your life. By surrounding yourself with your desires – what you want to achieve, what you enjoy, what uplifts you, what inspires you, what gives you the greatest sense of purpose and satisfaction you will be living in alignment with the substance that can attract and unfold your Divine path. By being open to guidance and asking God (or the Universe) to reveal your highest path you will be guided accordingly.

Living the song that our soul sings, finding your life purpose,  means harmonizing with our natural inheritance of abundance and peacefully flowing with the exquisite orchestration of life. As we choose to live consciously – we not only uplift ourselves but we also inspire others to find their path and we heal our planet as well. Joy is contagious – may you infect as many people as possible along your path.

How do I detach when I want it so badly, NOW?!

Thursday, October 15th, 2009

How to Manfiest Question

How to Manfiest Question

Nearly 10 years ago my husband and I decided that what we really wanted was to live a simple and “abundant” life by the ocean, run our own business from home and take 12 -18 months off to travel around Australia. Recently we did our ’sums’ and realised that if we can sell our townhouse – we will own our country house, have the money to take the time out and travel around Australia and enough money to return to start up our own business. After 10 long years it is now THAT close. We have our townhouse on the market and the real estate agents are happy with the ‘challenge’ of getting the top price for us. Now all we need is for our townhouse to sell and our dream has become REAL. How do we now ‘detach’ and wait an unknown length of time for the sale to happen, knowing it could be tomorrow – or 6 months away? I feel our time has come – NOW! I am READY, I have visualised and believed and ’seen’ our sale happening and know exactly how wonderful that is going to FEEL, but after only 3 weeks of being on the market and having to put energy into presentation on a daily basis in case buyers come through – it’s difficult to ‘let it go’ and to keep believing the sale will manifest without another few months of waiting and working and more of the same pattern of the past 10 years.
I would love some feedback and my toughest manifestation is to have our townhouse sell NOW – before winter comes and before too much time goes on. I truly feel I have waited long enough and the time has come for us – we just need a sale and I would dearly love to have it manifested in our lives NOW!

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

You have waited long enough and you’ve worked hard for 10 years to get where you are. You have every right to want it now. However, don’t lose sight of what you’ve accomplished and fall short of your goal by agonizing over the timing.

I am reminded of the story of Florence Chadwick, the first woman to swim the English Channel. On July 4, 1952, she made her first attempt to swim the 21-mile channel between Catalina Island and the mainland of California. She jumped in off the beach of Catalina, swam her heart out and for a while all was well. However, the water was freezing cold and then a thick fog rolled in. The fog made it difficult to see the support boats and the constant threat of hidden sharks made each stroke all the more grueling. After 16 hours of struggling with the ice-cold ocean, dense fog and relentless fear, Florence Chadwick gave up and asked to be pulled into the boat. When she got in the boat, she was so disappointed in herself because she immediately could see that she only had a few 100 yards to go. She could have made it easily. Later, Florence Chadwick said to a reporter: “If could have just seen the land for myself, I would have made it!” On her second attempt, she made that swim in record time.

Your work now is to not get caught up in the fog of the moment by forgetting that your goal is only a short distance away. In order to do this, there are several clear steps that you can take to detach from your house selling now, surrender to the Divine Order and at the same time manifest a perfect, timely and smooth townhouse transaction.

You have to keep an eye on your attraction meter. Do this by monitoring how you are feeling throughout the day and then by responding appropriately to ANY negative tinge or feeling.

First, when you find yourself feeling negative, counter that negative feeling by asking: What thought is creating this negative feeling? Once you’ve uncovered the thought, first dismiss the thought by acknowledging your accomplishments and pat yourself on the back: “Look at how far we’ve come! Look at how determined, focused and dedicated we’ve been to this goal! I am proud of what we’ve done. We are successful and we have so much to be confident and excited about.”

Second, be grateful that so many fabulous things have come true for you and your husband: “I am so grateful that we’ve had enough foresight and tenacity to see our way to manifesting this upcoming opportunity. I am so grateful that life has unfolded perfectly. I am grateful that we set forth this goal so clearly before. I am grateful that all of the circumstances are falling easily into place now. I am grateful that we have a realtor who is working hard to sell the townhouse. I am grateful that we invested wisely. I am grateful that we are young enough, healthy enough, brave enough , etc. to pursue this dream.”

Third, surrender to the Divine Order of life by letting it all go. Say, “whatever is meant to be – will be. The Divine Order of life is now at hand and I can’t stop it. All is well.” I also support you in saying, “If it’s meant to be that we sell the townhouse now, then it will, but if it’s not meant to be, then we won’t. Whatever is in the highest good for all concerned is what I’m at peace with, now. I am at peace with the Law of Attraction at work in this situation now. If it happens before winter, that’s perfect but if it doesn’t that’s fine too. I am at peace with the Divine timing of this and all of our desires.”

And fourth, speak what you want from a place of peace and confidence. “What I intend to have is a fabulous journey and for our business to grow perfectly upon our return. What I intend to have is…”

The third step always seems to be the hardest. Let me clarify that surrendering to the Divine Order is NOT giving up. Surrendering is not creating that it won’t sell because you’re at peace with whatever happens but instead it’s the acknowledgement that all is well and that the Divine Order is at hand. Surrendering is remembering that there are other factors playing out in your perfect manifestation. For example, what else do you want? I can imagine since you are taking a trip around your country, that part of what you would want is fair, and comfortable weather conditions everywhere you go; comfortable guides, maps, gear and accommodations wherever you may end up; Comfortable and friendly hosts along your journey; Relaxed, kind, loving, accepting, helpful and beautiful people along your path; a nice balance between structure and freedom, giving and taking with nature, and relaxation and challenging but positive stimulus and many other ideal scenarios. These orchestrations are occurring right now and however long it takes for you townhouse to sell is the exact amount of time needed to orchestrate this amazing masterpiece.

Also, remember that every time you wallow in the feeling of anxiousness, you actually halt the flow of energy that will create the perfect sell. Therefore, you have to put your foot down and not allow yourself to worry or fret or feel anxious but instead command your feelings and your thoughts with – “I know this is happening in perfect timing and I let it go, now!!!!! All is well! I have waited this long, I can wait patiently for the Universe to orchestrate everything perfectly and I relax and let it go now.”

One suggestion to increase your true ability to detach is to spend your meditation time with affirmations that acknowledge the Divine Order, Divine Timing, and the presence of God at work right now in your life. Meditate on the idea that you are handing this over to the Universe to handle and you’re letting it go.

It may help to remember that you have managed to manifest 95% of your dream already. You have worked hard, saved money, invested wisely, made sacrifices and prepared to leave. Your creation is 95% complete and you’re in the last leg of the race. Don’t let yourself get back in the boat by doubting. Remember, to stay focused on the dream and how sweet the nectar will taste when you are devouring it as opposed to thinking about wanting to gobble it up now.

Create a fabulous journey and life!

How can I manifest a perfect move?

How to Manfiest Question

How to Manfiest Question

I have wanted to move outside of the big city to the country for quite a long time. I love this city but I have watched the cement encroachment for years now and it’s getting worse. I still don’t know where I want to move. It should be a smaller town, but I haven’t been able to pin it down. When I move, I would like a job that I sincerely enjoy, with good money. I was a schoolteacher but have retired and am looking for a new career. I think I prefer to stay in the state but am open at this point. How can I manifest the perfect move?

Law of Attraction Help

Law of Attraction Help

When my best friend, Kat, decided it was time for a change, she sold her house and gave away most of her belongings, bought a used but reliable SUV, packed up her dog and inflatable bed and just started driving. She’s a hypno-therapist and does most of her work over the telephone, so she got a national cell phone plan and worked from roadside parks wherever she landed. She had an idea that she wanted to be in the mountains, near water, in or near snow, in an unpopulated area that had plenty of protected nature and natural wildlife. She began in Newport Beach, California, roamed the country for a while and ended up in Whitefish, Montana and now calls MT “home sweet home”. She loves it there.

If she had not taken the risks that she did, she would have never found her place. If she were not willing to go against the stereotypical fears that come up, especially for a woman traveling alone around the country, then her desires would have had a much more difficult time of manifesting. They would have manifested, but it would NOT have been nearly as fun and exhilarating due to the fear factor influencing the vibration.

What I’m suggesting is that at some point you will most likely have to take some physical action and just move or choose to be happy where you are. In the mean time, your work is to get your energy lined up with your ultimate desire. There are a couple of steps you can take right now to begin manifesting without just packing up your inflatable bed and dog just yet. Start by asking some questions that will help you gain a greater clarity about what you want and what you believe moving and starting a new path of income will bring to you that you are not getting in the big city. For example, start by asking yourself,

  • How do I want to feel?
  • What will moving bring to me that I don’t now have?
  • What will a smaller city give me that I do not believe I can get in this city?
  • How will I know when I’ve found my new home?
  • What will this new, smaller city be like and how will I feel when I’m there?
  • What would be the ideal qualities of my new community?
  • What would be the ideal characteristics of my new life, city, career, and home?
  • How is this different from what I now have?
  • What do I believe I will feel when I get what I’m looking for that I don’t feel now?

Once you’ve answered the above questions you’ll feel a sense of greater clarity that will support you in making a change. The answers may sound something like; “I want to feel peaceful, content, relaxed and comfortable in my new home and city. I want to feel at ease, centered, and productive when driving leisurely to and from my home and errands. I want to feel protected, calm, and safe and sound and know that my environment, my property, my rights and my life are divinely protected. I want to feel connected to nature and a sense of tranquility throughout my day.”

These same questions can be used to gain clarity whenever a person is just wanting to manifest a new home within the same city or when a person wants to re-create their present experience within their present home.

Once you have gained a few insights, ask a few more important questions that will help you to assess how much you really do want to move in order to obtain these things. Questions such as:

  • Am I willing to risk making a move even if it means not finding what I’m looking for?
  • Am I willing to risk my present state of comfort to search for my new home elsewhere?
  • Am I willing to pack up more than once in search of my perfect environment?
  • Am I willing to throw away all that I have here?
  • Am I willing to make a mistake?
  • Am I willing to risk never finding what I’m looking for?
  • Am I willing to risk money, time, energy and my emotional well being in order to have what I want?

If you are selling a home and it’s not selling, the next question applies to you as well as to those wanting to move.

Ask, “what’s the pay-off” to NOT moving or NOT selling? What is the benefit to me to staying put, to not finding my new home, to not taking a risk? Is the payoff that it’s comfortable, less risky, or that you get to be somewhere that you really do like more than you think? Is this pay-off worth it? When your desire for a change is stronger than your desire for the “pay-off” you’ll manifest the knowingness of where and when to move. You’ll be inspired and lead easily to your ideal home.

I just recently moved in January to a wonderful new home. It has all the pieces of the puzzle that I asked the Universe for; a quiet neighborhood with lots of small children for my kids to play with, beautiful old trees, a secluded cul-de-sac, high ceilings, lots of windows, fresh paint/carpet/appliances, an open-concept kitchen and living area. We wanted to get the house for below market value and feel like we got an absolute deal and still have everyone including the seller feel comfortable about the contract. I visualized and saw each one of these things clearly by focusing on the feelings that I believed the “qualities” would bring to my life. I know that I manifested everything I wanted in a home and this is the perfect home for my family now. I can speak from experience when I say that clarity – not about specifics- but about the feeling that a home will give us is the key to manifesting on target.   The only thing I’ll do differently next time is remember to include the feeling of being able to reach my shoes easily!  However, I didn’t get it wrong by not manifesting walk-in closets; I just have something new to create next time!

In truth, wherever you land, it will be the perfect place for you in that moment.  The next step will be to start surrendering to your worst fears and see how you feel about taking the risk of staying versus taking the risk of going. Follow your inspiration and know that you can’t get it wrong!
