To leverage the power of Emotional Freedom Technique and the Universal Laws of Creation, it is essential to know and to understand the basic principles that govern our Universe.

The Universal Laws govern all of life without exception; from the glaciers to earthquakes, from spinning tops and spinning planets to newborns and world leaders, from elephants and arachnids to amoebas, to orchids, oranges and microorganisms.

Metaphysics is the term used to study that which is beyond the physical, beyond what we can touch, see, taste and feel. The Universal Laws are the non-physical principles that govern our Universe in an unfailing, impartial, consistent and dependable fashion. 

As we study the laws that govern our Universe, we see certain empirical Truths. It is through the study of these Universal Principles and Truths that we master our creative abilities. 

With study, we begin to comprehend the profound implications of each law; we become more and more conscious of the power of our intentionality and of our minds; more and more conscious of the unwavering influence of our thoughts, emotions and beliefs on our experience. 

As we begin to work with these Universal Truths (studying, applying, practicing, and redirecting), we learn how it is that we live either in harmony or disharmony with our dreams and goals.

By choosing to become acutely aware of our harmonious or disharmonious actions and thoughts, we experience and observe first hand the Universal Laws playing out in our lives.  We experience both the ‘negative’ and the ‘positive’. 

Ultimately, we want to use this awareness to intentionally guide and direct our experience, focusing on the ‘ascending’ or ‘positive’ thoughts to attract the highest and best that life has to offer. 

Now, with the support of Emotional Freedom Technique we can quickly and systematically neutralize the thoughts that oppose our goals and cause the postponement of our life’s dreams.  

This means that with EFT we can more easily and naturally apply the Laws of the Universe!

When we become aware of our limiting beliefs we can use this awareness to realign our energy; to align our thoughts and beliefs with the Universal Laws. 

Many a metaphysical student can attest to their personal ‘vibrational thesis’ (their theory behind which ball of thoughts, feelings and beliefs actually created their experience.)

As we continue, we become more and more adept at specifically recalling and tracing back the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that literally foretold our experience.

It’s very important to understand that when we review our past experience it is not to repudiate or cause anxiety about our creative abilities, failings, or ‘mistakes’ but to discern which habitual or “beliefs by rote” may be causing us to attract an experience less than Heaven on Earth.

By assessing how and where our beliefs are either supporting or repelling our dreams, we can then intentionally alter our beliefs and thought patterns (with tools such as meditation, silence, prayer and EFT) to navigate towards our optimal future with greater effortlessness, ease and speed.

    The Universal Laws of Creation:

The Universal Laws cannot be segmented or independently applied, they work consistently and inter-dependently of one another at all times. 

Therefore, to ‘apply the law of attraction’ intentionally, one must also learn to apply the ‘law of detachment’, for example.

To summarize, the laws:

The Law of Attraction (aka the Law of Creation) says that whatever you put your attention upon expands. 

We draw into our lives whatever we focus upon and emotionalize – be it positive or negative.  The more we focus, the more attractive and stronger our vibration becomes, and the more quickly it manifests.  To practice the Law of Attraction, simply put your attention and your positive emotions upon the essence of your dreams fulfilled, as if you already have them now!

The Law of Detachment (aka the Law of Allowing) says that in order to intentionally attract something, we must relinquish our attachment to it.

If we are attached, then we project negative emotions of fear, doubt, or craving, for example, which actually repels our dreams.  To practice the Law of Detachment, be willing to trust in the Divine Order and Divine Timing.  Choose to elevate your consciousness to a place of peaceful expectancy, a place of allowing; where you feel absolutely certain that all is well, right now. 

The Law of Unlimited Potential (aka the Law of Pure Potentiality) says that we are unlimited children of a very prosperous, powerful, omnipotent, impartial, all-providing, all-sufficient, all-loving Father/Mother/God.  Our Divine Inheritance is all that we desire: wealth, joy, love, peace, abundance, health, beauty, wisdom, wholeness, and harmony. 

Practicing the Law of Unlimited Potential requires that we accept our divinity and realize that the Presence of the Divine is within.  We do not have to earn the right to our dreams; we were born deserving of all that we desire. 

When we accept our unlimited nature, we know that the Source is internal, not external. By expanding our consciousness of this Truth, that the Presence of God is within, we exalt our positive vibrational offering in an organic, all- encompassing and symbiotic manner. 

The Law of Reciprocity (aka the Law of Giving) says that as you give you shall receive.

There is a failsafe method of getting everything you want; simply begin giving more of what you want away.  To practice the law of reciprocity, begin taking action daily (giving of yourself towards your dreams) and begin tithing of your time, talent, and treasure to wherever you feel spiritually fed.  If you aren’t sure where you feel spiritual nourishment, just start giving ‘it’ away everywhere you go. If you aren’t sure where or how to take action, just start
taking action is some way (any way) and you will be led. Give freely and with an open and unattached heart.  Think of the Law of Reciprocity as priming the pump, the pump of your never-ending, all-providing well of prosperity, love, and success.  Taking inspired action is the act of priming the pump and to receive we must be willing to give, both through action and generosity. 

The Law of Cause and Effect: for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

There is nothing in our Universe that exists independently. In other words, everything was created by something else and every new creation causes a reaction to the existing reality.

Thus, we cannot intentionally attract a new job, without causing the old job to change or cease to exist.  We cannot intentionally attract a better relationship, without causing the current relationship (or situation) to change or cease to exist. 

In studying this law, we become truly aware that the Universe is not random.  There is no such thing as mere coincidence and in order to grow, change, and intentionally attract what we really want, we must be willing to go through the effects of change. When we immerse ourselves in the study and application of the laws of the Universe, we will notice certain ‘thoughts’ and ‘feelings’ that prevent us from mastering them.

For example, let’s say we want to attract a mate using the law of attraction. If we practice the law of attraction, we will actually visualize ourselves fully embracing, loving, adoring and being loved and adored by our ideal life partner.

Then, we would practice detachment by sending forth love and gratitude for already having them in our lives. We would then maintain our vision and our faith for as long as possible. Here’s where most of us go astray!

At some point, we may find ourselves looking around, wondering where our perfect man/woman is; sighing at night when they aren’t laying down with us, or anxious at a dinner where everyone else is ‘coupled’, for example.  We may find ourselves longing (not allowing but craving) a mate. 

When we observe our attention going to ‘he/she isn’t here yet’; and this attention triggers negative emotions such as fear, sadness, worry, anxiety, or disappointment then we are attached and not practicing the law of detachment or the law of unlimited potential. 

NOW, as conscious creation students, we have the opportunity to USE this awareness to pivot our attention and our vibration; we have the opportunity to eliminate the limiting beliefs that prevent us from practicing the Law of Pure Potentiality (that we are unlimited and therefore would of course have nothing to fear or worry about) and practice the Law of Detachment (that we trust in the Divine Order and know that all is well now).

With EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) we can get in there, dig out those limiting beliefs of ‘he/she isn’t here yet’ and neutralize them.  Negative thoughts and emotions are poisonous acid to our dreams, hopes, and ambitions.  Think of EFT as the antidote to the poison.  EFT pours an energetic alkaline solution on the acid that’s repelling our dreams.  When we use EFT, we are alkalizing the poisonous thoughts and returning to a space of courage and neutrality.

When we obtain a consciousness of neutrality, we can then intentionally raise our positive emotions – our level of certainty and purely and intentionally attract outstanding success!

“Oh, how I wish I could overcome procrastination! Somebody please help me stop procrastinating! But not today, I’m busy.”

Procrastination is a double-edged habit. It deserves our attention as well as our appreciation. The guilt we feel indicates that our procrastination serves as the destroyer of dreams. However, when inspired by our connection to our values it also serves as the protector against wasted energy and futile activities.

Regardless of the type of procrastination, it’s important to forgive yourself for doing the best you could do, given who you are and what you’ve learned up until this point. You are a Divine Child of God and the Truth is that it’s possible that your sensible delays were inspired according to your Divine path.

On the other hand, feeling frustrated because your lack of action has postponed your good, is a message from your higher self that what you want requires your attention and you’re not currently in alignment with its effortless fulfillment.

Let me clarify the distinction between when we can appreciate our procrastination and when we should instead kick ourselves out of lethargy.

Once upon a time, I was stuck at the LAX airport with no money for my cab or shuttle ride home to Newport Beach, about 50 miles South on Pacific Coast Hwy. I knew I had to get home and I had neglected (procrastinated) to call friends to arrange a ride. Then, when my flight arrived, I was really ready to get home but for some reason I sort of meandered through the airport a bit aimlessly. I admit that because I didn’t have the money for the fare, I procrastinated finding a ride for fear of having to ride-and-run, known in other circles as dine-and-dash! I picked up my luggage, went to the gift shop, grabbed a bag of chips and truly walked around aimlessly for an indefinite amount of time.

Eventually, reality sunk in. I had to get home and even though I didn’t have the money, I had to take the shuttle.

My heart raced and my stomach ached thinking about how I would face the driver at my driveway. What would they do? Would they call the cops? Would they take a hot check so that I could cover it later?

I made a decision as I got on that shuttle that would change my life forever. I decided to manifest a miracle. I didn’t know how but I knew enough about the law of attraction to know that if I could put my attention on what I wanted while handing it over to God, that something would happen and I’d be alright.

I got on the shuttle, smiled and said hello to the man and his daughter, the single woman, and the cute elderly couple. I immediately began to pray and apply my thoughts toward a magical solution and most importantly, every time I felt fear, I handed it over to God (the big U).

The father and daughter were the first to exit, and I began to really be persistent with ‘handing it over’ as the fear came in waves. I began to feel a sense of willingness to just handle whatever happened and found myself inspired to talk with the elderly couple. They were visiting from South Africa, had a daughter my age, loved to travel and meet new people. We laughed and continued to talk as I intermittently remembered my dilemma and handed it over again and again.

The next stop was to be the hotel of my new friends but the gentleman told the driver to take me home first as they were enjoying my company. When we arrived, I turned to tell my new friends what a pleasure it was to meet them and they were talking to each other. He turned to me and said, “My dear, we have enjoyed your company so much. Please allow us to pay for your fare.”

With tears of delight and gratitude, what could I do but graciously accept?!?!?!?

This was a turning point for me and my ability to succeed as a conscious creator. My procrastination in arranging a ride inspired my aimless wandering, which in turn was actually inspired by my higher intentions to succeed in truly understanding the law of attraction. I was inspired to procrastinate so that I would show up at the right time, in the right pick-up zone to meet my new friends and manifest a mini-miracle.

This is inspired procrastination. Honor the truth that sometimes there is a higher purpose for Divinely Ordered procrastination. If you are running behind schedule, you miss your exit, you meander aimlessly, etc. allow yourself the flexibility to accept that somehow this too is perfect and in alignment with what you really want.

On the other, deadly edge of the procrastinator’s sword is the fear based procrastination that will inevitably delay and destroy your dreams.

The following tools may be used to overcome this type of procrastination. You want to set yourself up for success by inspiring inspiration. Yes, using the law of attraction, you can actually INSPIRE INSPIRATION and ALIGNED ACTION.

If you postpone making the number of cold-calls necessary to succeed in your business, then you are procrastinating out of fear of success, fear of rejection, or fear of failure, for example.

If you postpone working out and eating right, then you may be procrastinating out of a sense of futility, a feeling of worthlessness, or a fear of deprivation.

If you feel guilt when you look at your procrastination tactics, then you are being called to move towards inspired action from your higher self.

To overcome procrastination here are a few practical tips:

1- Write it down! Write everything that you must/could/should/want to do on paper; write out your high-level goals, the mini-milestones, the tasks involved, and the decisions that must be made to accomplish your goals. Then, prioritize and write down your reasons and your rewards. Too big a task, then only spend 10 minutes at a time until it’s done.

2- Chunk it down! We procrastinate eating the Elephant because it’s such a huge undertaking! Break it down into bite-sized morsels (on paper) and ask yourself what is ONE thing I can do today or right now.

3- Use a timer set for 15 minutes. You have 15 minutes to do ONE thing on your list – pick it and do it. If you are inspired to do more, great keep going. If not, that’s okay to!

4- Just put on your shoes! Whatever goal you have in mind starts with the first inspired action. If you want to run 6 miles, it begins with simply putting on your running shoes; nothing more, nothing less. When you are procrastinating – simply ask yourself what’s the first task? Take action on the smallest incremental item on that task. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you will be inspired to run once your running shoes are on.

5- Reward yourself – when you accomplish each project as well as each milestone.

6- Be human and give up perfectionism! Do it imperfect on purpose. If you procrastinate for fear of it being imperfect, get over it. An action performed imperfectly is superior to inaction performed perfectly.

To overcome procrastination using the law of attraction, use both LOA (the law of attraction) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). First, launch a living vision that paves the way for inspired action then upon awareness of doubts/fears use Emotional Freedom Technique to eliminate the blocks.

1 – Inspire Inspiration with a Living Vision

Launch a living vision that addresses inspired, daily action. This is a one minute exercise that will change your life forever. If you will simply imagine yourself ‘enjoying the act of taking daily consistent action towards your goal’ in a consistent, daily living vision, eventually you will be inspired to do what you are imagining.

Launching a Living Vision that you are taking daily, inspired action is a NO FAIL method! You will find yourself inspired with a passionate, connected sense of certainty and eagerness and you won’t be able to stop yourself from taking action. It will work in one way or another every time.

For example:

If you want to be a prolific writer but you procrastinate or feel that you have writer’s block, then launch the following living vision every day for 7 – 21 days and record what happens:

“Yes! I am so enthusiastic about how easy it is for me to write every day. It’s like the words just flow and most of the time I don’t even know where they are coming from. The characters inspire me to new heights and the storyline comes out of left field, jumping onto the computer screen with profound clarity and conviction. You know, I’m so grateful that it’s always been this easy for me. I have always been able to simply sit down and allow the words to flow. I have to admit that I am a prolific writer and it’s always been easy for me.”

If you want to start exercising or be more consistent with your exercise routine, then launch the following living vision every day for 7 to 21 days and see what happens:

“I love exercising and staying focused on my goals. It’s so easy for me to make this a priority. I always seem to have the energy to work out, not matter what time of the day it is. I also always seem to have the time as my life simply supports me in achieving my ideal health and fitness. I know others say they don’t have the energy or time, and I just can’t even imagine this being the case for me! I simply feel inspired to work-out regularly and the time happens easily as does having the energy within to accomplish my goals. There’s something magical that happens when I put on my work-out gear or my gym shoes, it’s like the angels practically carry me through my routine as soon as the gear touches my body. I simply put on my gear and I’m destined to a fabulous work-out that I absolutely love. And, I love the way I look and feel. I love and enjoy my body!”

Launch your own living visions to inspire inspiration and action. Allow your living vision to be a breathing, flowing, ever-evolving masterpiece of the activities that you want and desire.

2 – Use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to overcome procrastination.

Formulate your own using the following EFT set-up phrases and positive implanting statements as prompts.

  • Even though I procrastinate, I choose to love and accept myself anyway.
  • Even though I am a habitual procrastinator, I lovingly support myself in taking inspired action.
  • Even though I sabotage my success by procrastinating, never the less, I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it is for me to take action from this point forward.
  • Even though I am afraid of success and therefore I procrastinate, never the less, I see myself easily taking inspired, consistent action.
  • Even though I put off doing what I know must be done, I love, accept and forgive myself. And, I choose to easily take inspired, daily, consistent action.
  • Even though I can’t seem to stop procrastinating, never the less, I am so passionate excited that I am reliable and unswerving in my commitment to take action.
  • Even though I hate the fact that I keep procrastinating and I don’t know how to stop, never the less, I find myself easily focusing on the completion of small steps every day.
  • Even though I feel terribly guilty for being such a procrastinator, I easily choose to chunk my projects down and just begin it now!

The law of attraction is our ally in manifesting success and prosperity as well as the little things that we want in life, such as successfuly defeating procrastination. Remember that it’s important to use your attention to manifest your big dreams as well as your daily desires.

How to vibrate in harmony with the object of your desire, using EFT and Creative Visualization – The Vibrational Push-ups!

It’s essential to recognize that anytime we don’t have what we want, it’s because at this time we are simply not a vibrational match. However, we don’t have to settle or be disappointed. We can use EFT with the Law of Attraction to take action; we can increase our level of belief, decrease our doubts and fears and learn to systematically and intentionally vibrate in harmony with the ‘object’ of our desire.

Fortunately, our scientific world is catching up to the metaphysical view that all things are comprised of energy.

We are finally receiving unarguable confirmation that the lessons that our mystic masters tried to share with us about our thoughts being energetic is 100% verifiable.

If you’ve read The Field by Lynn McTaggart, then you can sit down and talk shop with any Science master around about how we can absolutely influence our reality with our thoughts. In fact, we do every day and according to many, many studies now being performed and duplicated by prominent Universities around the world we ought not have any doubts of our own about how powerful our mind can be once harnessed.

Just citing one example, if our thoughts don’t create our reality and do not emphatically influence our every day existence, then how do we explain the Placebo Effect?

Did you know that in a recent study of antidepressants the analysts concluded that as much as 50% of the positive benefits of the drug were due to the placebo effect; the belief or suggestion that the patient will feel better was enough to actually inspire ‘feeling better’.

The case I’m hoping to make is to convince you to believe in the power of your mind. However, claiming that you believe in your ability to influence your reality with your thoughts is very different than actually believing.

Let’s face it; unless you are already living 100% of your dream life with the man/woman of your dreams, with prosperity coming out of your ears, health and energy overflowing, and passion and purpose exuding from every minute of every day, you’re likely to be human enough to still have doubts about your ‘manifesting’ abilities in one or more areas of your life.

This is where the magic of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) comes in to save our vibration.

By using EFT to eliminate our doubts, we increase our level of conscious certainty as well as our level of subconscious believability.

If you want to use your mind to attract a mate, prosperity, passion, purpose, or health – you must achieve a vibration that is equivalent to these things. Two of the most powerful attractor vibrations are certainty and expectancy. You want to eliminate any and all doubts so that you feel certain and expectant.

Certainty and expectation vibrate as the energetic equivalent to what we want. When your thoughts and emotions are energetically aligned with what you want, it has to materialize. Like a radio tuned into the frequency of a rock station, when you tune into certainty, your desire will manifest.

Therefore, how can you use EFT to specifically increase your level of belief?

Try the following EFT and Law of Attraction exercise:

100 Vibrational Push-ups

To Summarize: You want to build your belief muscle with vibrational repetitions! Write down what you want in a very succinct, one sentence affirmation as if you already have it 100 times. After every entry, you will assess your level of ‘belief’. With any level of belief less than 100% certainty, you will EFT the doubts before you write it down again. Repeating the process until you’ve written down your goal 100 times. You’ll do this every day for a minimum of 30 days or until you can write it down 100 times in a row, 7 days in a row while still maintaining a positive vibrational level of 100% certainty, expectation, joy and peace.

The Vibrational Push-up breakdown:
1) Write down an affirmation for one specific goal that you know you want to create. You can be as specific as you desire or more generic like some of the following.

For example:

  • I am so grateful to have the relationship I’ve always wanted with my Divine Love and soul mate.
  • I am thankful to now have an excess of wealth! Lavish prosperity pours down upon me and I purchase anything I desire, when I desire it, in cash.
  • I enjoy absolute health and wholeness. I am energetic and strong and my body is as young as a teenager.
  • I look forward to getting up in the morning, knowing that the work I do is making a profound contribution to the planet and is the fulfillment of my life purpose. I am passionate and excited about my success.

2) After writing out your affirmation, close your eyes and tune into your feelings.

With 10 being ‘I feel absolute certainty’ and 1 being ‘no way this will happen’, rate your level of certainty and expectation.

How certain am I that this is true?

How much do I believe that this is already my experience and is happening now?
Trust your intuition, it will not mislead you.
3) If you are at a 10, then revel with delight by allowing yourself to rejoice and give thanks for this fulfillment. Enjoy that level of energetic power. Extend this moment for as long as possible – dance around, jump up and down, scream loudly and excitedly, wiggle your body and playfully allow yourself to celebrate, celebrate, celebrate!

Then, when you feel the energy waning, write your affirmation down again and repeat the process.

4) If you are at any level of certainty less than 10, use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to address the doubt that is keeping you from being a 10 and preventing you from feeling absolutely confident, faithful, joyous, peace-filled and certain.

For example:

If you want to manifest financial peace. Let’s say you write, “I am so grateful to easily afford anything I desire when I desire it. I pay cash upfront and in advance for anything I want, need, or desire easily and immediately.”
You ask yourself, “on a scale of 1-10 how certain am I that this is true?”

You close your eyes and you sense the doubts and rate your belief at a 4.

5) Now, you want to EFT those doubts. However, before you can eliminate them with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) you have to get clear and specific about what the doubts are. You might write down:

  • How can I expect to pay for anything I want, when I want it, when I’m barely making ends meet as it is?
  • No one I know pays for what they want, when they want it in cash.
  • I’d love to throw caution to the wind but if I buy anything I want when I want it, I’ll go broke.
  • I can’t buy anything I want – I’ll end up more in debt and I’ll never get out of it.
  • I’m too in debt to think about spending. This is irresponsible.
  • This can’t happen for me. I can never make enough money to do all the things I want.
  • Whatever I get, it’ll never be enough.

EFT using the exact thoughts that came up during your journaling process..

Even though I can’t expect to ever have enough money to buy anything I want, when I want it in cash, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Round 1 – Reminder Phrase: I can’t buy anything I want and will never be able to.
Round 2 – Positive Implant: What if I could purchase anything I desire, when I desire it?

6) Then, when you’ve exhausted your EFT list and you feel neutral about each of these doubts. Write down your affirmation again, fresh. Repeat the process until you’ve completed 100 vibrational pushups!

Do this every day for 30 days, starting from scratch each time you write your affirmation or until you’ve written the affirmation 100 times in a row for 7 days in a row at a level of 10 – absolute certainty and expectation.

Give this exercise a sincere effort. You’ll be amazed at how much you can clear and release during this process and again, when you become a vibrational match to the fulfillment of your dreams – they must materialize. The only thing you’ll have to do is take inspired action and prepare to receive. This exercise makes this possible for you.

“Hi Anisa!! I am extremely worried and from all the people I know, I think the only person who can give me good advice is you. I am 26 years old and three years ago, I got my dream job. My confidence was real high, I was really excited because I had recently graduated from college. Suddenly, things at work started to go bad. The relationship with my boss began to deteriorate and even though I tried my best to do my job and really put a lot of effort into it and changed my attitude I got fired, I was not given any reason, but she said I was not doing my job well. Then, time went by and I really did not want to work again because I was so scared and traumatized. Finally, six months ago, I got another job. I ‘ve been here for six months and the relationship with my boss couldn’t be any better. The problem is, my boss’s boss doesn’t like me at all, every time she gets the chance to call my attention she does and I get so scared and when you get frightened you make MORE mistakes. The bad news is I just got a notice that there is a big change in the company coming real soon and some positions will disappear and guess who’s deciding who stays and who doesn’t? My boss’s boss. My boss who is really nice asked me if I had any debts and how was my mortgage going and blah blah blah, but I guess the chances are pretty high that I’ll get fired…. I have practiced creative visualization to improve the relationship with this person, but I do start to feel there is a pattern, I got fired from my first job for no reason, then I’m doing my best at this one and people do feel that I’m working really well and there is a high chance that I might get fired… again…Why? What can i do? I feel my self-steem is going straight to the floor and I don’t want people feeling sorry for me, because I got fired AGAIN from another job, with totally different people…. Dear J.B., first let me just say that I’m holding firmly to the vision of you enjoying the most incredible career you could possibly imagine. Thank you for the honor of supporting you and for having the courage to reach out.

Although I can hear that you feel scared and helpless, please give yourself credit for knowing deep within that what you want to do is ’stop worrying’.

As you know, the Universe does not respond to our ‘words’ but to our thoughts and our emotions. I may not want to go through this, but the truth is that I am a strong person with the courage, strength, and faith to get through whatever comes my way.”

Now, use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) along with the LOA (law of attraction) with words and phrases such as:

  • Even though I’m desperately afraid of losing my job… I am willing to surrender and trust that all is well.
  • Even though I’m mortified at what my friends and family will say… I am willing to let it go and trust that there’s always something good to look forward to.
  • Even though I’m too worried to let go… what if I could let go and trust in the Divine safety that is my birthright.
  • Even though I feel terrible and like a worthless failure (use your words)… what if I allowed myself to love and accept myself anyway?
  • Even though am scared… I am willing to see around this corner and know that my ideal job is exactly what I’m setting myself up for.
  • Even though by ‘this person’ hates me, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and what if I were happy anyway.
  • Even though I can’t afford to lose another job, not financially and not emotionally, I deeply and completely love, accept, and forgive myself and I am willing to courageously and boldly give myself permission to trust that all is well… And, I choose to see myself doing what I love each and every day while earning a fabulous income.

Once you feel a sense of peace that no matter what happens, you’ll get through this then you’ll be vibrationally strong enough to start creating what you really want. Take time to launch positive, confident, living visions that command the Universe to respond to your desires. And, not just with this ‘j-o-b’ but with your overall career and working experience. Let me explain a bit by saying that if you focus on just creating that this person who you feel doesn’t like you, suddenly likes you it’s likely that you’ll feel a great sense of doubt and fear. This is your indication that you are still in resistance to what you want. (Do more EFT every time you feel resistance.)

By keeping your visions more generic and not necessarily ‘tied’ to this boss, job, etc. then you give the Universe the freedom to support you in creating something ‘this good’ or even better. For example, you may start by speaking loudly:

“I am so grateful to feel so confident and strong every day when I end my work day. I am a powerful, effective, productive, and intelligent person and I love what I do! Isn’t it wonderful that my co-workers recognize my strengths and complement me regularly? Why is it that I feel so fortunate to be both financially and emotionally rewarded for the job that I do? I do so very much enjoy those I work with and find that our communication, our interaction, and our daily tasks are uplifted in positive ways with such magic and effortlessness. Why is it that every day I go to work I feel more and more competent and capable? Why is it that everyone I work with shows such faith and confidence in my abilities and my capacity to serve, grow, and produce positive results? Why is it that I’m working my dream job and I do so very much love every one I work with and every thing that I do?!?!”

Lastly, monitor your ‘vibrational meter’ and adjust your thoughts and feelings through out the day. Learn to do EFT on the fly! EFT in quick, 3-minute rapid sessions to adjust any negative thoughts that are coming up and realign with confidence and faith. And, when the Universe sends you a doorway (and it will) choose to courageously and boldly walk through in confidence. All that you desire is through that doorway, so don’t turn away and never judge it as somehow ‘wrong’ for you. Your dreams are now and will always be right in front of you, waiting for you to seize them. Trust yourself and know that all is well and cannot be any other way.

Use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to obtain Energetic Alignment with the Peace, Prosperity, Love and Wholeness you Desire (enact the Law of Creation)!

The Universal Laws of Creation are truly very straight forward and simple. The Law of Attraction, for example, simply states that what you put your attention upon expands, and as you put enough time and attention upon ’something’ it must manifest into your life.

“Our life is shaped by our mind. We become what we think. Suffering follows an evil thought as the wheels of a cart follow the oxen that draw it. Our life is shaped by our mind. We become what we think. Joy follows a pure thought like a shadow that never leaves.” – The Buddhist holy book, The Dhammapada describing the Law of Creation.

The Law of Creation is simple. However, one of the primary reasons that simple has not been easy for many conscious creators is our self-sabotaging habit of perpetually looking at, talking up, reconfirming and re-attracting reality; specifically the reality we don’t want: the struggle, the pain, the discomfort, the strife, the stagnation, and the deceleration of our goals, for example.

We have a very nasty habit of shooting ourselves in the foot over and over again with ‘reality’. By looking at our reality and our past with incessant attention to the negative details, we create more negative life experiences. We tend to recount with intense passion the relationship that didn’t work out, the job that went awry, the corporate policy that makes us unhappy, the sale that didn’t go through, the governmental injustices, the accidents, the near-misses, the gossip, the mishaps, and the mistakes we make. As if this weren’t bad enough, we then take on the fears, doubts, and beliefs of bystanders about ‘how life is’ and add these limitations to our thoughts.

As law of attraction students, we’ve always known that if we could just get rid of our limiting beliefs and our negative thoughts, then we’d rid our lives of limited creations.

Additionally, with experience, we’ve learned that putting our head in the sand and pretending that our limiting beliefs aren’t there, doesn’t work either.

Finally, with Emotional Freedom Technique, you have the ability to get rid of your limiting beliefs and obtain energetic alignment – systematically!

To start – identify your limiting beliefs by identifying your ‘REASONS’.

You know that you have limiting beliefs if you EVER have a REASON that something you want isn’t happening; and, that reason is anything other than, “I am not energetically aligned.”

Here’s a 5-step process for transforming your limiting beliefs and consciously aligning your energy with the Divine using EFT.

Make four columns:

1st column: List the REASONS that you believe explain why you don’t have what you want. Why do I not have what I want?

2nd column: Accept and surrender to the real reason you don’t have what you want: “I am not energetically aligned.

3rd column: Accept and claim the Truth: I am an unlimited, Divine Child of God.

4th column: Access this Truth and apply it to your life and circumstances with power, passion, and conviction.

A few examples:

 

False Reason/Untruth Real Reason

Truth: I am unlimited.

Accessing Truth

My home isn’t selling because the market is bad. My home isn’t selling because I’m not energetically aligned. All is well and in Divine Order. My home is already sold to the perfect buyer for the ideal price, now.
I can’t find a job because everybody is downsizing. I can’t find a job because I’m not energetically aligned. I accept personal, virbrational responsibility. There is but one source and supply which is the omnipotent power and presence of the Divine within. I am aligned with the all that is and therefore I am already aligned with my ideal career. I claim it and accept it now.
I can’t find a partner to love because meeting quality men/women is too difficult these days. I can’t find a partner to love because I’m not energetically aligned. I accept that I don’t have what I want because I’m focused on the negative, limited thoughts. I was born to be in a loving relationship with my Divine life partner. It’s the Divine’s great pleasure to deliver my ideal mate to me. I trust in the Divine order and Divine Timing of my ideal relationship now. I choose to open and accept my ideal love now.

Now, step 5: Use EFT to neutralize your faith in the ‘negative’ untruths (column 1) and increase your faith in the ‘positive’ Truths (column 3 & 4).

When we use EFT to eliminate the thoughts and beliefs that we are holding (column 1) we open our hearts to accept the Truth (column 3) and allow the materialization of our desires (column 4).

An EFT example:

Step 1: The set-up phrase will be composed with the limiting belief from column 1. (Repeat three times on the KC (karate chop) point or SS (sore spot).

Even though, (column 1) I can’t find the love I really want, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

And/Or: Even though, it’s just too difficult to meet quality men/women these days, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

And/Or: Even though, I’m afraid that it will always be too difficult for me to find someone I really want to be with, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Step 2: Tap out and neutralize the negative. (See demo for points.)

The Negative Reminder:
IE: I can’t find the love I want.
OE: This fear that I can’t find a mate.
UE: This doubt.
BN: Love can’t happen for me.
CH: This fear and doubt.
CB: Love is impossible for me.
UA: It’s too difficult to find a quality mate.
RR: There’s no way that love will find me easily.
CC: A quality man/woman just doesn’t exist for me.

Step 3: Tap in one round of the Positive that you really want.

The Positive Declaration:
IE: What if I could find the love I want?
OE: What if I allowed myself to accept my unlimited potential?
UE: I choose to allow myself to be faithful and confident that love is my birthright.
BN: Love can and will happen easily for me.
Ch: I claim my right to a beautiful relationship, now.
CB: I allow myself to embrace my unlimitedness.
UA: Love is very possible and certain for me.
RR: What if I believed and allowed love to come easily for me?
CC: I choose to see quality, single men/women everywhere I go.

Step 4: Check into the ‘Reason’ and get an emotional reading on how strong you feel that this is true for you. If you feel any negative emotion whatsoever, then rate it on a scale of 1-10 and repeat the above process until you feel completely neutral.

You’ll know you are neutral when the ‘Reason’ seems as emotionally charged to you as someone saying to you that you have the ugliest green hair they’ve ever seen. (You don’t have green hair, right?! So, this statement holds no negative charge for you. This is what neutrality feels like. There’s nothing there!)

When you eliminate the ‘reasons’, you neutralize the negative vibrations that keep you from fully and deliberately harnessing the laws of creation; when you are neutral with the negative beliefs you vibrate with the void of this neutrality. This ‘void’ is fertile ground for planting and nurturing your truest desires.

Take time every day to tackle any ‘reason’ and then implant the positive, opposite of that reason that is aligned with the fulfilling life you really want.

Be bold, courageous, and outrageous as you accept your unlimited potential and right to have all that you desire.

The great news about the law of attraction is that it is impartial and always at our service. Of course, this is also the bad news – that it’s impartial and always at our service. In other words, whether we are thinking grateful thoughts about loving our ideal mate forever, or thoughts about how sad it feels to still be without a mate – the Universal Laws are responding.

When we immerse ourselves in the study and application of the laws of the Universe, we will notice certain ‘thoughts’ and ‘feelings’ that prevent us from mastering them. You’ve heard these referred to as those pesky limiting beliefs or negative emotions that we just can’t seem to get rid of!

Unfortunately, however, if we don’t get rid of them – they will continue to show up in the material world around us.

For example, let’s say we want to attract a mate using the law of attraction or maybe we just want to rejuvenate or rescue the relationship we have.

The practical application of the law of attraction would include actually visualizing ourselves fully embracing, loving, adoring and being loved and adored by our ideal life partner – this goes for us married folks too, only our vision is with our partner.

Then, we would practice detachment by sending forth love and gratitude for already having them in our lives while be completely at peace with the Divine Timing. Again, this also goes for those that are coupled – you too would give thanks for having the love you desire already.

We would then knead this recipe of vision and faith, vision and faith, vision and faith for as long as it takes.

Here’s where most of us go astray!

At some point, we may find ourselves looking around, wondering where our perfect man or woman might be; sighing at night when they aren’t laying down with us, or anxious at a dinner where everyone else is ‘coupled’, for example. We may find ourselves longing (not allowing but craving) for a mate.

If we are coupled, then we may find ourselves noticing all the irritating things that our mate does that we thought should have ‘changed’ by now. We continue to notice that they are not changing and it’s still upsetting us!

When we observe our attention going to ‘he/she isn’t here yet’ or ‘they are not doing what I want them to do.’; and this attention triggers negative emotions such as fear, sadness, worry, anxiety, or disappointment then we are attached and not practicing the law of detachment or the law of unlimited potential.

For most of us, although we know we shouldn’t focus on the negative; and we should do everything in our power NOT to feel sad or doubtful, the fact is we are still eating alone tonight and the feeling just won’t go away!

In the past, we might have relied on distraction methods, such as taking a walk in the park or reading a good book, or calling a friend for a laugh. And, these are still excellent methods to detach and return to a space of connection. However, there’s an even more reliable and consistent way to knock those limiting beliefs out of our consciousness – more permanently!

It’s called Emotional Freedom Technique, aka EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) has been progressed and popularized by the astute foresight, fearlessness, and genius of its founder, Gary Craig of EMOFREE.com and the many healers, practitioners, coaches, doctors, and laypersons that have contributed to it’s growth and development.

The wealth of knowledge, never-ending EFT miracle stories and the ‘how to do it for this.” articles found at his site cannot be trivialized.

EFT is a quick, non-invasive system of tapping on the body’s meridian points while using intentions, thoughts, and emotions. EFT uses the same meridian systems that Oriental Medicine practitioners have used for thousands of years as they apply acupuncture and acupressure.

This tapping with intention triggers an energetic release within our emotional body which in turn allows us to release the blocks that hold us hostage to our past.

NOW, as conscious creation students, we have the opportunity to USE this incredible technology and our awareness to pivot our attention and our vibration. We have the opportunity to eliminate the limiting beliefs that prevent us from practicing the Law of Pure Potentiality (that we are unlimited and therefore would of course have nothing to fear or worry about) and practice the Law of Detachment (that we trust in the Divine Order and know that all is well now).

With EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) we can get in there, dig out those limiting beliefs of ‘he/she isn’t here yet’ and neutralize them.

Negative thoughts and emotions are like acidic rain that slowly pollute and destroy our dreams, hopes, and ambitions. Think of EFT as the antidote; the alkaline that neutralizes the acidity and supports our positivity.

EFT pours an energetic alkaline solution on the acid that’s repelling our dreams. When we use EFT, we are neutralizing the poisonous thoughts and returning to a space of courage and hopefulness.

By seeking a consciousness of neutrality, we raise our level of certainty and are capable of more purely and intentionally attract outstanding success!

EFT and the Laws of the Universe: (Part 4 of 5) Increase your prosperity consciousness with the law of reciprocity / the law of giving and the Power of EFT (emotional freedom technique).

When you want to receive, don’t get caught making the common mistake of not giving or even thinking that you cannot GIVE!

When you want to achieve, don’t get caught making the common mistake of not taking action or even thinking that you cannot ACT now!

The Law of Reciprocity and the Law of Giving decree that you get what you give.

Giving, however, is not just about giving money or about giving to others. Giving includes giving time, talent, treasures, love, support, understanding, patience, and giving through physical and emotional support (action) to yourself as well as to others.

The definition of ‘Give’ includes hundreds of ways that the action of ‘giving’ is fulfilled, including: (see http://www.answers.com/topic/give )

  • to bring forth or to bear
  • to yield or produce
  • to furnish or contribute
  • to proffer to another
  • to be a source of
  • to make gifts or donations

In order to receive, you must give; in order to achieve, you must take action.

There is a reciprocal action that occurs with every action you take. When you hear spiritual teachers say that giving and receiving are the same, it’s because the Universe must create balance and as you give, you shall receive. For every action you take there is an equal (or greater) reaction that must be returned to you. For every thought you submit, the balance sheet is adjusted and the Universe must return like energy into your life.

“Sir Isaac Newton captured the essence of natural balance when he codified the law of physics which states every action precipitates a reciprocal event – an equal and opposite reaction. It is not by mere coincidence that mathematics – the language of science – encodes logic into a device called an equation which requires its elements to be equivalent on opposite sides of the argument. Recently, my children were in the backseat and a beggar at a stoplight held a sign that read, “Anything helps!” Usually, I rumble around looking for something to give. Sometimes, it’s cash, sometimes it’s food, and sometimes it’s brand-new self-help audio programs, books, etc. However, on this day, I was in a hurry and I must have just not ‘felt’ like giving.

When Parker and Ashlyn realized that I wasn’t going to give to him, they both screamed, “But mom, you said, NEVER PASS UP AN OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE!”

The light turned green and I went through the light without giving. However, the incessant rumbling coming from my dumbfounded children combined with my own inner commitments simply required me to do a double U’ey in order to give to this man immediately!

Phew! That felt SOOOOO much better!

It doesn’t matter WHAT he did with the money – what matters is that I GAVE!!! Thank you, God, for giving me the opportunity to give!

Aligned giving does not create imbalance, lack, misuse, debt, or co-dependence. There will always be an aligned way to give that does not include the negative results of over- giving; and there will always be aligned actions that do not include the negative results of distressed actions.

What I have discovered, with my own walk of giving and with working with clients, is that we ALL have reasons to NOT give and reasons NOT to take action:

  •  
    • I don’t have the time.
    • I don’t have the extra money.
    • I don’t think it will do that person any good.
    • I don’t want to put forth the effort.
    • It will take too long to see any results from me taking
      that road.
    • I don’t want that kind of commitment.
    • I don’t want it to be hard.
    • I’m afraid there won’t be enough .
    • I’m afraid that I can’t make ends meet if I give it away.
    • I’m afraid that I will be more exhausted if I commit to
      giving my time in that way.
    • I’m afraid I’ll fail if I take action on that.
    • I’m afraid that if I ‘do this’ then I’ll be successful and
      success will create less freedom.
    • I’m afraid I’ll be taken for granted if I give any more
      love to my significant other.
    • I’m afraid I’ll be ‘used’ if I give more.
    • I’m afraid people will expect it from now on, if I start
      giving.
    • I’ll do it later.

This is anti-prosperity consciousness. Scarcity consciousness will prevent you from giving and from courageously taking action.

If you find that you have reasons or excuses for not giving, then you can rest assured that somewhere in your subconscious mind (and your vibration) is the fear that there isn’t enough for you (or you’re not enough) and therefore you can’t give more.

Scarcity consciousness, poverty consciousness, lack consciousness – any subconscious thought that causes you to NOT give and to NOT take action will prevent you from having the abundant and fulfilled life you desire.

Anti-prosperity consciousness actually resonates with the poverty, lack, scarcity, struggle, redundancy, effort, hardship, distress, and deprivation that you DON’T want!

With EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) you can eliminate the anti-prosperity consciousness that prevents you from joyfully, consistently and confidently practicing your unlimitedness by giving and by taking action.

Remember, every thought holds a vibrational frequency that attracts into our lives a parallel experience. EFT supports conscious creators by neutralizing the vibrational consequences of our subconscious negative thoughts and beliefs.

When we neutralize the negative thoughts, we dissipate the negative vibes and the vibes that remain are the pure, positive thoughts about the life we really want!

Try the following:

Even though I don’t have enough ‘time/money/talent’ to share, what if I accepted my divine potential and shared freely anyway?

Even though I’m afraid to give my ‘money/time’ away, what if I fearlessly gave freely and joyously?

Even though I don’t want to give any more than I do, what if I looked forward to giving freely and openly?

Even though I’m afraid that there won’t be any extra (or enough), what if I allowed the Universe to support and flow abundance to me and I chose to give, now?

Even though I don’t trust what ‘they’ will do with my money, what if I loved the act of giving so much that I gave freely and without attachment?

Even though I’m afraid to take action, I might make a mistake, what if I fearlessly and courageously took action anyway?

Even though I withhold and am selfish with my ‘time/money/talent/things’, what if I could choose to give freely and openly every time?

Even though I procrastinate, what if I took bold action regularly and consistently, now?

Negative reminders:

  • This fear that there’s not enough.
  • This fear that I’ll make a mistake.
  • This fear that I can’t do it perfectly.
  • This doubt that I’ll ever have enough.
  • This inability to trust in the Universe.
  • This lack of belief that I’m meant to be prosperous.
  • This inability to believe that as I give, I shall receive.
  • This procrastination.
  • This fear that I’ll be taken for granted/used/abused.
  • This inactivity.
  • This self-sabotage.

Positive Implants:

  • What if I openly and freely gave of my
    time/talent/treasures?
  • What if I loved giving freely?
  • What if I trusted in my divine inheritance?
  • What if I held absolute faith that as I give, I shall receive and then some?
  • What if I gave freely without attachment to the outcome?
  • What if I gave just because it felt good?
  • What if I allowed myself to test the law of giving and just gave from my heart fearlessly?
  • What if I trusted myself to set appropriate boundaries and still give freely?
  • What if I followed my inspired desire to give and took bold, courageous consistent action, now?
  • What if I never passed up an opportunity to give?

Remember, every time you refuse to give and every time you refuse to take inspired/aligned action is a missed opportunity to take one more step towards your goal of prosperous, joy-filled living!

Visualize what you want using creative visualization and the law of attraction but use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to eliminate the limited thinking that prevents you from acting in accordance to your vision, now!

Eventually, if you take enough action and you give enough that ‘one more step’ will be the victory step; that one last step will be the one at the top!

I see that you are doing a class on how to lose weight with EFT and the Law of Attraction, but I guess I don’t really understand the connection. I’ve struggled with my weight all of my life and I am a person who has tried everything. Don’t take this wrong but…. this seems like just a gimmicky, jump on the bandwagon, kind of thing. I always love your articles and have found your work to be really helpful in so many areas of my life, so please don’t take my question the wrong way, but I just don’t see how I could lose weight by using the EFT process?!? Can you

The basic recipe for most diets is ‘eat this way, exercise this way and you’ll lose weight’. This makes logical sense to us, so we try it. We may even lose a few pounds or if we are really committed, all the extra weight.

Then, when we go back to our normal life and within a few short months we gain it all back and then some. This crazy yo-yo cycle is sickeningly familiar to far too many of us.

With each failed attempt to maintain our dream body and health, we feel more and more discouraged, frustrated, deprived, worthless, and ashamed.

As law of attraction students, we KNOW that it’s not what is happening outside of us, but what we think and feel within us that matters.

The problem is not about what we eat or how much we exercise, it’s about what we think about what we eat and how we exercise or not; it’s about how we think and feel about our body, our fitness, our ability, our sense of self that matters.

See if any of the following sounds remotely familiar..

“Oh, a small bite of cake won’t hurt me.”

Followed by.

“Mmmm, that was really good.okay, just one more bite. maybe one more. Oh, what the heck I can eat the whole thing. I’ll just exercise harder or do without dinner later.”

Followed by..

“I feel so guilty. I can’t believe I ate that piece of cake. I was doing so well and now I’ve failed again.”

Followed by.

“Well.If I’ve already failed, I might as well have another piece of cake and I’ll just start again tomorrow.”

Followed by.

“I’m so ashamed. I can’t do this. What’s wrong with me!?
I’ll never be able to lose this weight. I hate myself. I
might as well have the whole cake, I’m such a loser.”

This type of self-loathing must be eliminated if we are to succeed in our weight and health goals.

The law of attraction is at work in this scenario – attracting more fat and more things to hate about ourselves. It’s the thoughts that create the extra weight, not the
cake!

You probably know someone right now that can eat anything they want, and never gain a pound, don’t you? Is it that the ‘laws of too much food’ don’t apply to them? Or, could it possibly be because they don’t have the belief that what they eat, goes straight to their hips?!?!

What about your great, great grandmother who ate mounds of butter, all the white flours and red meats her body could hold, smoked two packs of cigs a day and even chewed tobacco until she was 107 and died thin, trim and amazingly active and healthy????

If fat and poor health came strictly from the environment, then very few people would ever achieve the ‘healthy’ stamp of approval.

With EFT, we can start eliminating the cycle of self-sabotaging thoughts that inspire us to eat poorly and exercise sporadically. And, with enough intention and willingness, we could even attract health benefits and metabolism boosting action from that cake we just ate!

Here are a few EFT exercises that you could try.

Even though…

…it seems that the more obsessed I am about my weight, the less I lose.

…it feels like that ‘candy bar’ is calling me and I can’t stop myself.

…I let myself down every time I’ve tried to lose weight, that I just don’t believe it’s possible for me anymore.

…I feel so deprived when I’m on a diet.

…I feel nurtured when I eat whatever I want.

…I feel ashamed that I’ve let my body go.

…I feel so sad about my life and my struggles that it feels good to just eat sometimes .

By neutralizing the negative emotions that surround these thoughts, the thoughts literally evaporate and influence us no more!

Once the doubts/fears/limiting thoughts are removed, we are free to choose what we want to eat and how we want to live and how we want the food to influence our bodies. thereby, using the law of attraction to manifest the fine-hot-trim bodies that we really want.

The most important act, whether weight loss is an issue or not, is to achieve a state of absolute self-acceptance and self-love.

With pure self-love, you become inspired to do the things that bring about the most optimal life, love, and success possible.

Start loving yourself more and the law of attraction will send you more reasons to love!
